Founded in 1899, the Suntory brand started as a small wine store in Osaka, but grew rapidly over the years, encompassing a wide range of products. Their construction of the Yamazaki Distillery in 1923 and the release of Suntory Shirofuda Whisky in 1929 brought Japanese Whisky into the public eye. Suntory's outstanding craftsmanship and expertise is apparent in every bottle and the Suntory Toki is no different.
Clear gold in color, Suntory "Toki" Blended Japanese Whisky is a vivid blend of whiskies from Suntory's Hakushu, Yamazaki, and Chita distilleries, offering an exquisite balance, harmony, and oneness. The nose opens with a luminous and delicate notes of basil, green apple, lychee, honey, and a hint of rosemary. The rich and complex palate offers notes of grapefruit, peppermint, green grapes, thyme and malt. Subtle, tender notes of sweet and spicy aromas of vanilla oak, white pepper and ginger lingers through the long, structured finish.
