Inspired by the ancient recipe of Hiroemon Takeda, the renowned Samurai and sake connoisseur, Hiro Junmai Daiginjo Sake is crafted from 100% Koshi-Tanrei Sake rice from the Niigata Region, with rice polishing ratio (Seimai Buai) of 40%. On the nose, Hiro Junmai Daiginjo displays inviting earthy aromas, accented by notes of banana, cantaloupe and creamy vanilla nougat. The palate is light and delicate with an elegant fruity sweetness complemented by melon, tapioca and white pepper. Pairs very well with boiled or baked crab, seafood salad and black truffles. Serve chilled or as an aperitif.
