Mancino Vermouth Chinato is created by world renowned Italian bartender Giancarlo Mancino, by combining his Secco, Rosso, Blanco vermouth with red wine and then infusing Cinchona bark Calissaja in it. The result is a very herbaceous and complex vermouth that is excellent on it's own as well as lends amazing depth and complexity to any classic cocktail that calls for a sweet vermouth. Served as an after dinner pairing with fine cheese or dessert. Enjoy Mancino Chinato chilled, straight up as a digestive or warmed like Mulled Wine.
