Tiziano Chianti was named in honor of Tiziano Vecellio, a noted painter from the 16th Century Venetian School, recognized as "the sun amidst small stars". Like its namesake artist, this versatile Chianti stands out as well. Composed of 95% Sangiovese and 5% Caniolo grapes, this wine is produced from fruit selected from some of the finest hillside vineyards of the region. Fragrant aromas of berry and violet from the Sangiovese blend seamlessly with the soft, smooth texture that the Caniolo brings. Tiziano pairs well with pasta and red sauce, yet has enough body and character to complement grilled meat dishes.
