Shui Jing Fang Wellbay Baijiu is created from 36% Sorghum and 64% mixed grains of Rice, Wheat, Corn and Glutinous Rice. This baijiu is filtered with activated charcoal filtration system and aged for a minimum of 5 years. However, before bottling, it is blended with other baijius aged up to 30 years. The result is a smooth, crystal clear spirit offering plum, dried prunes and floral notes on the nose. The refreshing palate offers subtle sweetness and a clean, earthy finish.
