Parducci Small Lot Blend Cabernet Sauvignon is created from 79% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Merlot, 4% Syrah, 3% Petite Verdot, 2% Cabernet Franc from Mendocino County’s inland vineyards and aged for 16 months, 25% in new French oak barrels and 75% neutral tanks. The result is a big, bold red wine with rich flavors of black cherry, currant, plum, vanilla and chocolate, with a subtle peppery kick and oak aromas on the finish.
