Marc a la Cloche Jules Belin is produced in the village of Premeaux-Prissey in the Nuit St Georges Appellation of Burgundy. This Marc is made from 100% Chardonnay and aged in oak for at least 8 years. The longer aging lends intriguing savory aromas of baked pastry, nuts and olive. The palate provides a contrast with the intense, almost sweet flavors of vanilla and apple pie.
