Charles Lanthier is the owner and creator of Hong-Kong "HKB" Baijiu. Charles is a Frenchman who lived in China for several years and fell in love with baijiu. He was surprised to know that the biggest spirits category is the world is not know to the western consumers. Charles quit his management career to find a baijiu distiller whose blend would appeal to western palate. After visiting more than 15 producers he finally found his match in Sichuan province. The result is HKB, a highly mixable, modern baijiu created for daring mixology.
Crafted from Sorghum, Rice, Wheat, Corn and Glutinous Rice, Hong-Kong "HKB" Baijiu is a crystal clear spirit offering delicate notes of red fruits, green apple and fresh cut sweet meadow grass. The palate is crisp and fresh with a hint of sweetness, offering subtle flavors of fruit and toffee with a long, aromatic finish.
