Back in 1863 a London gentleman named Anthony Hardy settled in Cognac and established himself in the business of high-quality wines and spirits. Five generations later, Hardy Cognac is still known for its character and for the skills of its cellar masters, custodians of a heritage handed down forever. Today, the House of Hardy is reaching out to the new generation of consumers, whilst maintaining and protecting its long cherished history. Exported to the five continents, Hardy Cognac has preserved its authenticity for the pleasure of real cognac lovers.
To produce the Hardy Organic VSOP Cognac, high-quality plots were selected to grow the organic grapes. Hardy respects and celebrates the environment at each state of the development of this exceptional cognac. This pleasant, balanced cognac emerges with delicate bouquet reminiscent of spring flowers and baking spice. The palate is fruit-forward with aromas of fresh pear, vanilla, and roasted hazelnuts, which then transform into sweet, crisp flavors of apple tart on the finish.
