Named after "50 Year Golden Anniversary", Hardy "Noces d'Or" Grande Champagne Cognac is a blend of 40 Different 100% Grand Champagne Cognacs aged a minimum of 50 Years. Deep orange with copper hues in color, Hardy Noces d’Or is a floral cognac with inviting aromas of budding lilac on the nose. The rich, viscous palate opens with flavors of toasted nut and candied cherry which lead to notes of honey, baking spice, dried fruit and oak. Hints of spiced pears linger through the finish.
"Deep amber-bronze in color. Opening nosings pick up distant, delicately fruity and viny aromas; time in the glass allows for more expressive aromas such as pine, honeysuckle and oak to come alive. In the mouth, the sweet flavors of dark caramel, honey, oloroso Sherry, candied walnuts and spiced pears make for intriguing and beguiling tasting from palate entry… " - Wine Enthusiast
