Frank Cornelissen "Rosso del Contadino" Grappa is distilled from 80% nerello mascalese and 20% blend of allicante bouschet, nerello capuccio, uva francese, minella nera, minella bianco, and inzolia. This grappa is distilled twice and rested for about twelve months in stainless steel/glass tanks in between two distillations. The resulting spirit is floral and aromatic, with soft notes of fruit and spice. Enjoy it neat or with a cube of ice.
