Soligo Prosecco Frizzante is a refreshing, lightly sparkling wine created with Glera grapes sourced from the Treviso province in Veneto. Bright, elegant notes of apples, pears, peaches and acacia blossoms on the nose and palate merge with a delicate minerality on the crisp finish.

Created from Pinot Bianco and Glera, Secco is a dry, sparkling white with delicate notes of apple, peach and fresh flowers. It is incredibly food-friendly and pairs well with hard and soft cheeses, olives, almonds, smoked salmon and much more.

Composed of Corvina Veronese, Rondinella, Oseleta and Merlot, Tommasi "Arele Appassimento" Veronese Rosso is produced using the ancient Appassimento technique, which means that a selected portion of the grapes are partially dried prior to being pressed in "Arele", the local name of the traditional wooden trays used during this process. Matured for twelve months in Slavonian oak casks, Tommasi "Arele Appassimento" is an intense red boasting complex notes of raspberry, cherry, black pepper and earth on both the nose and palate. Firm tannins and balanced acidity mingle with hints of spice on the lasting finish.
