Syrah and Shiraz are technically the same grape, but it produces widely varied styles throughout the world. Syrah originally hails from France, specifically the northern Rhone, where earthy notes of leather and herbs are typically more prominent than the fruit. However, in warmer wine regions, the grape typically produces vibrant, more fruit forward wines. Syrah thrives in Australia, where it is known as Shiraz, and has become one of the country's most important grapes. Australian Shiraz usually offers bright notes of raspberry, blackberry and plum with peppery spice on the finish. Both styles are incredibly food friendly, and will pair well with a wide range of dishes including beef, pork and pasta.

Produced in cooperation with Domaine des Ouleb Thaleb, this Syrah is vinified from the fruit of young vineyards that have been plowed and weeded by hand. While this is a fruit-forward red, it is made in an Old-World style with moderate extraction, excellent balance, and complex aromatics.

This rich and lively sparkling Shiraz is just on the edge of dry with ripe flavors of blackberry, raspberry, blueberry and spicy chocolate. The Red Brute would make an excellent accompaniment to a wide range of dishes, from roast duck to flour-less chocolate cake.

This medium bodied Syrah offers rich, layered notes of cassis and blackberry complemented by hints of pepper and smoke. Bold flavors, smooth tannins and balanced acidity culminate in a complex, lingering finish.

Crafted from 100% Shiraz, Jam Jar Sweet Shiraz offers a more fun style than your typical Shiraz. This fresh, fruity, semi-sweet wine displays aromas and flavors of ripe, juicy berries with dark chocolate undertones. Refreshing and approachable, this wine extends the perfect balance between sweetness and acidity with a clean finish. Enjoy it lightly chilled and pair it with asiago cheese, smoked meats, spice rubbed lamb and spicy arrabiata.

Created with high quality grapes from the Zonda Valley, Jelu Estate Syrah displays inviting aromas of cherry, blueberry, black pepper and dried herbs. A six month maturation in French and American oak lends a touch of spice to the rich, fruit-forward palate, which merges with hints of smoke, game and mineral on the finish.

Both nose and palate carries the aroma of Blackberry bramble and Herb de Provence. The palate shows subtle notes of plum with spicy vanilla caramels. The mouthfeel is rich with medium tannins. This Syrah does have a layer of cascading flavors that expand in the textured earthy finish.

Reynvaan "In The Rocks" is a beautifully complex Syrah which has been blended with a touch of Viognier (5%). Spicier than "The Unnamed", this impressive red offers bold aromas of dried cherry, sandalwood, earth and sage, underscored by notes of smoked meat and mushroom. The dense, well-structured palate is packed with dark fruit, licorice and spice, complemented by firm tannins and balanced acidity. Savory notes of black olive and game linger through the finish.

Rock.Face Syrah is a bright, medium-bodied red created from high quality grapes sourced from vineyard sites in Lodi region of California. Matured in oak for eight months, both the nose and palate offer lovely notes of blackberry, blueberry and raspberry, accented by hints of cedar, baking spice and stony mineral.
