Elegant and lightly sweet, this full flavored champagne offers perfect balance between sweetness and acidity with subtle notes of delicate white flowers, honey, and lemon on the nose leading to a full-bodied palate with solid structure, offering pleasing aromas of vanilla pastry that accompanies to the long finish.

Launched in 2009, Billecart-Salmon "Sous Bois" Brut is unique in the world of Champagne as it is both 100% fermented and aged in neutral oak barrels. It is created from all three main champagne grapes i.e. Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier. After fermentation, the wine is aged in barrique for up to eight months and then aged for an additional five years in the cellar. The resulting champagne offers is a rich, elegant nose with harmonious expression. The palate offers remarkable finesse, caressing texture and a bracing vivacity balanced with power, maturity and mouth-watering acidity.

Blandy's Malmsey Colheita Madeira 1996 offers enticing aromas of dried fruit, toffee and dark chocolate. Notes of vanilla, oak, toasted almond and honey appear on the sweet, full bodied palate and linger through the long finish. It is an excellent accompaniment to cakes, fruit, chocolate, pralines and rich cheeses.

Lioco Hirsch Vineyard Pinot Noir is created from hard-harvested and sorted grapes, where all clones were fermented separately in open-top tanks using wild yeasts for 21 days and aged for 16 months in 20% new oak. The resulting wine displays inviting aromas of sour cherry, cedar bark, cardamom pods and dried herbs. The rich, fruit-forward palate, merges with hints of black raspberry, pomegranate, orange zest on the finish. This elegant wine is perfect on its on or with food.
