Calem Vintage Port is a complex, full-bodied wine boasting intense aromas of blackberry, plum and boysenberry, accented by lovely floral notes. The rich, off-dry palate features concentrated notes of beautifully ripe fruit, framed by strong, dusty tannins and firm acidity. A subtle spiciness lingers through the finish. Drink through 2027.

This deep ruby-red color Amarone offers ripe, intense port-like aromas of hazelnut, raisin and blackberry. The palate is soft, rich and complex, featuring black raspberry, dried herb, soft raisin with hints of chocolate. The finish is long and lightly spiced.

Lioco Hirsch Vineyard Pinot Noir is created from hard-harvested and sorted grapes, where all clones were fermented separately in open-top tanks using wild yeasts for 21 days and aged for 16 months in 20% new oak. The resulting wine displays inviting aromas of sour cherry, cedar bark, cardamom pods and dried herbs. The rich, fruit-forward palate, merges with hints of black raspberry, pomegranate, orange zest on the finish. This elegant wine is perfect on its on or with food. Pair it with shaved kale salad, creamy sesame dressing, fried shiitakes, roasted leg of lamb, pumpkin seed vinaigrette & mashed potatoes, toasted cashews.

Mate Brunello di Montalcino Mission Hill Reserve Riesling Icewine Paul-Marie & Fils Pineau des Charentes Vieux Red

91 Points - Wine Spectator

Mate Brunello di Montalcino is a full, luscious, and ripe Tuscan red with abundant blueberry, blackberry, and plum notes. Layers of fresh herbs and impeccably balanced oak round out this deeply satisfying red.

Created from naturally frozen grapes, Mission Hill Riesling Icewine offers vibrant aromas of green apple, citrus fruit and honeysuckle. Concentrated flavors of guava, apricot preserves, apple and praline on the palate provide the perfect balance of sweet and tart notes which lead to a long, persistent finish.

Paul-Marie & Fils Pineau des Charentes Vieux Red is crafted by blending fresh pressed local ugni blanc grape juice with one-year-old eau de vie from the Juillac le Coc region. It is then aged for twelve years in French oak barrels allowing it to develop a powerful and complex flavor profile. Sweet notes of raisin, vanilla, poached stone fruits and cherries are beautifully balanced by aromas roasted nuts, burnt sugar and sweet spice.

The juice of Roar "Sierra Mar" Pinot Noir spent 24-28 days on the skins before being pressed to 78% new French oak barrels for 11 months aging. The wine was racked once and bottled unfiltered and unrefined. This amazingly big, yet elegant Pinot Noir shows herbal sagebrush and violet notes with deep undertones of molasses and lifted hints of graphite. On the palate, violets and black fruit aromas are supported by a toasty-peppery undertone. As the palate opens, brighter red fruit and black licorice emerge, leading into the rich structured finish.

93 Points - Wine Enthusiast
A shade darker than the Boal, this Malmsey offers the chocolatey aromatic depth that makes you think of a Malmsey nearing the half-century mark. The palate is quite sweet, and very rich and lush, with just enough acidity to provide focus and precision, and to balance and sweetness.
