This highly traditional blend is composed of 40% Sauvignon Blanc, 40% Semillon, and 20% Muscadelle. Refreshingly acidic and pleasantly fruit-forward, Chateau Lamothe de Haux Blanc makes an excellent aperitif, and pairs well with fish and oysters.

Very pale yellow with greenish tints in color, Domaine Chauveau "La Charmette" Pouilly Fume offers an elegant nose of citrus with lovely vegetal undertone. The silky, concentrated palate is firm and aromatic, that is fairly austere and shows a lovely lace-like style, followed by a fresh, clear-cut finish. This Pouilly Fumé makes a delightful aperitif. It is also perfect with seafood, fish, scallops and white meats.

Excelsior Sauvignon Blanc is crafted from hand harvested grapes for greater quality control. About 35% of the grapes are harvested very early at low sugar levels to bring prominent grassy aromas and freshness to the final blend. The wine was then cold fermented for 15 days at 12-15 degree Celsius and kept in contact with lees for three months to achieve greater fullness to the final wine, offering complex notes of passion fruit, grapefruit and ripe fig on the nose followed by a fruit forward palate with balanced acidity.

This Sauvignon Blanc is a bright, crisp white that pairs perfectly with crab, grilled vegetables, and citrus-glazed seafood. Refreshing gooseberry, citrus, and tropical fruit flavors are backed by a tangy acidity, while notes of bell pepper and fresh grass appear on the finish.

This wine exhibits aromas and flavors of passion fruit, melon, citrus, and hints of jasmine. The palate offers juicy sweet fruit that leads to a crisp, citrus clean and long finish.
