This authentic rhum agricole displays aromas of fresh grass, cucumber, sugarcane and spice leading to a complex, layered palate with notes of cocoa, marshmallow and refined sugar. The finish is sweet, yet balanced with grassy, floral notes and a hint of fresh fruit.

Eighteen months' aging adds a lush vanilla and oak component to an already flavorful and rich spirit, while the notes of fresh sugar cane stay at the forefront.

Up to ten years' aging in a combination of new French oak and used whiskey and bourbon barrels add tremendous complexity to an already excellent spirit. The rich sugar cane base is complemented with lush tropical fruit, dried fruit and nuts, and a warm vanilla note.

Created in small batches from fresh, California-grown sugarcane, St. George Spirits "Agua Libre" is produced in the style of Martinique rhum agricole, but displays distinctive West Coast character. A powerful nose of fresh grass, truffle and black olive makes way for an intense palate of fresh cane juice and mineral-rich earth, accented by hints of lime and pineapple on the finish.
