Description   This is a faithful replica of the popular Pontarlier glass. The large reservoir at the bottom is more than decorative: it's perfect for measuring the ideal proportion of absinthe. This style was originally named after the glass that appeared in an advertisement for the absinthe producer Pernod Fils, which featured it's hometown newspaper from Pontarlier. These glasses are imbued with the charm of artisinal production, and each one is slightly different: small bubbles, inclusions, variations in clarity, and the hint of the glass punty are all signatures of the glass blower's craft. Imported from France. Measures 4" tall x 3.25" in diameter. The reservoir holds 1 fluid ounce.
