An elegant nose of ripe red fruit and wild rose leads to a medium-bodied palate brimming with notes of cherry, raspberry and vanilla. A delicate touch of caramel merges with silky tannins and satisfying acidity on the finish.

The Saurus Pinot Noir is a brick red wine with aromas of flowers and berry fruits. Since the wine was aged in oak barrels, hints of vanilla and cocoa also emerge from the glass. On the palate, there are delicious flavors of cherry and wild blueberry with a touch of violet on the finish.

Matured in French and American oak for four to six months, Gouguenheim "Momentos del Valle" Valle Escondido Pinot Noir offers intense aromas of raspberry and cherry, accented by a touch of mint.
