The 86 Co. Aylesbury Duck Vodka is produced from white winter wheat sourced directly from local farmers in the Western Rockies of Canada. After distillation, the spirit was shipped to the Charbay Distillery in California where it was cut down to proof with pristine water from a well in Mendocino County. Light bodied with a silky mouth feel, Aylesbury Duck Vodka is perfect for mixing, with subtle notes of grain, mineral and spice.

Distilled in London at Thames Distillers, Fords Gin is created from a blend of nine botanicals: juniper from Italy, coriander from Romania, lemon peel from Spain, bitter orange peel from Haiti and Morocco, grapefruit peel from Turkey, angelica from Poland, cassia from Indonesia, jasmine from China and finally, orris from Italy and Morocco. After distillation, the gin was shipped to the Charbay Distillery in California where it was cut down to proof with pristine water from a well in Mendocino County. The resulting spirit is exceptionally aromatic and refreshing, with a bold juniper foundation beautifully balanced by bright citrus and elegant floral notes.

Created to celebrate the beauty and history of the absinthe ritual, Absinthe Antiques by S.B. MacDonald is a fascinating journey through the absinthe culture of France's la Belle Epoque. The author's rare collection of absinthe spoons, glasses, fountains and more, date from the late 1800s to the early 1900s, and are beautifully portrayed in large, detailed color photos. Each picture is accompanied by a short description which truly breathes life back into these elegant pieces. This revised edition features new chapters as well as a complete French translation.

Avua Prata Cachaca Avua Amburana Cachaca Barros Colheita Tawny Port

Avua Prata Cachaca is a crisp, vibrant spirit which has been distilled in copper pot stills and rested in stainless steel casks for six months before being hand bottled.
Distinctive notes of fresh sugarcane are complemented by delicate hints of wildflower, lemongrass and dried herbs, which add character to the classic Caipirinha as well as other excellent cocktails.

Avua Amburana Cachaca has been matured for at least twenty four months in casks made from amburana, an indigenous wood found only in the forests of Latin America. The resulting spirit offers warm, savory notes of allspice, cinnamon, vanilla and Thai basil, backed by earthy sugarcane. A hint of toasted almond emerges on the finish.

Barros Colheita Tawny Port offers an expressive nose of ripe berry, licorice and crushed rose petal, accented by a note of toasted almond. The full-bodied, off-dry palate displays earthy, concentrated flavors of blackberry, raisin, violet and spice, complemented by velvety tannins, firm acidity and a long, fruit-forward finish.

Barros Late Bottled Vintage Port is a bold, fruit-driven wine offering an elegant nose of ripe red berry, blackcurrant, dark chocolate and spice. Vibrant flavors of ripe cherry, blackberry and raisin appear on the rich, off-dry palate and are backed by silky tannins and lively acidity. Hints of vanilla, nutmeg and roasted nuts emerge complement the bright fruit finish.


A captivating blend of Zinfandel, Petite Sirah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, Bogle Vineyards "Essential Red" has been matured for eighteen months in French and American oak, fully integrating the character of each varietal. Bright notes of ripe cherry, boysenberry, anise and vanilla are complemented by silky tannins, balanced acidity and a hint of spicy pipe tobacco on the finish.


Although Cabernet Franc usually thrives in cooler climates, Broc Cellars Cabernet Franc hails from the hot days and cool nights of Paso Robles. The result is a fresh, vibrant expression of the varietal, brimming with lovely notes of ripe cranberry, plum and raspberry, underscored by peppery spice. Round tannins and satisfying acidity complement the long finish.

Broc Cellars "Vine Starr" White is a refreshing, Rhone-inspired blend composed mostly of Grenache Blanc, with touches of Picpoul and Counoise Blanc adding depth and character. Bright notes of green apple, citrus fruit, peach and white flowers are complemented by crisp acidity and a long, lively finish.


Matured in oak casks for seven years, Calem Special Reserve Tawny Port displays distinctive notes of dried red fruit, toasted almond, walnut and caramel, complemented by an undercurrent of spice. It's moderate sweetness is balanced by firm tannins and lively acidity which culminates in a long, elegant finish.

Calem Vintage Port is a complex, full-bodied wine boasting intense aromas of blackberry, plum and boysenberry, accented by lovely floral notes. Produced in very limited quantities, Casa Noble Tequila Joven is an impressive spirit created by maturing Casa Noble Blanco in French oak barrels for six weeks and bottling it, unfiltered, at barrel proof. Bold aromas of fresh agave, citrus fruit and lime blossom pave the way for a weighty, full-flavored palate offering notes of earthy agave, white pepper, dark chocolate and dried herbs. A hint of oak emerges on the lengthy finish. Each bottle is signed and numbered by Master Distiller Jose "Pepe" Hermosillo.

A charming blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc, Chateau Fongaban Cotes du Bordeaux is a lush, opulent red brimming with concentrated notes of blackberry, cherry and raspberry. Hints of licorice, cedar, smoke and forest floor linger through the long, earthy finish.

Developed in collaboration with maitre liquoriste Deirdre Heekin, Eden Orleans Bitter Aperitif Cider is a distinctive beverage created with Vermont-grown apples and herbs. The cold Northern winter naturally concentrates fresh-pressed apple cider, which is then fermented and infused with red currant, dandelion, gentian and angelica. The result is a dry, aromatic aperitif with elegant fruit, earthy herbal notes and a long, complex finish.

Produced in the foothills of Mexico's Sierra Madre Oriental mountain range, Envy Rum is distilled from high quality tropical sugarcane and matured in small white oak barrels. Both the nose and palate display charming notes of coconut custard, citrus fruit, lemongrass and creamy cappuccino, which merge with hints of vanilla and peppery spice on the finish.

A well-integrated blend of three perfectly matched whiskies, Jameson Limited Reserve 18 Year Old has been matured for at least eighteen years in hand selected American bourbon barrels and European oak casks, then finished in first fill bourbon barrels. Both the nose and palate offer layered notes of dried orchard fruit, honey, vanilla, creamy caramel and citrus zest, supported by bold oak and spicy toffee. Hints of dark chocolate and leather linger through the long, oak-driven finish.
