Bodegas Valdelosfrailes "Val de los Frailes" Rueda Verdejo is a fresh and elegant wine, produced from 100% Verdejo. Pale yellow-green in color, the nose offers powerful fruit notes of green apple, pineapple and banana with hints of lavender, funnel and thyme. The medium bodied palate is aligned with the nose and its balanced acidity and clean, crisp finish complement light seafood dishes and grilled vegetables.


Deep orange in color, Bols Pumpkin Spice Liqueur is the perfect ingredient for cocktails and dessert during the fall season. Bols Pumpkin Spice Liqueur combines rich pumpkin flavor with notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, and brown sugar. Enjoy it with the festive Pumpkin Martini or a punch.

Produced in Woodinville, WA in partnership with bartender Mike Ryan, Brovo "Project Amaro 14" Amaro Liqueur is hand-crafted from 90% Guatemalan chocolate with thyme, sarsaparilla, vanilla, cinnamon and Gentian root. Dark ruby red in color, Cantina Parocco Langhe Nebbiolo is crafted with 100% declassified Barbaresco Nebbiolo and aged for more than two years in oak barrels. The resulting wine is a crowd-pleaser from start to finish. The nose displays lovely aromas of rose, wild berry, plum and earth which carry through to the medium bodied but complex palate with underlying notes of licorice, red currant and dried mushroom backed by balanced acidity and structured tannins which lead to a clean, dry finish.

Based on an array of barrel samples, Casa Noble "DrinkUpNY Single Barrel #B-104" Extra Aged 6 Year Old Tequila Anejo is the result of the DrinkUpNY buyer's tasting and careful selection. Matured for six years in French oak, this is a uniquely complex, impeccably balanced tequila that retains the distinctive character of the brand. Rich notes of oak resin, vanilla, caramel and mature agave are present on both the nose and palate, and each individual bottle is numbered, labeled and signed by the creators.

Chateau Coupe Roses "La Bastide" Minervois is a blend of old-vine carignan and grenache. This dark, ripe, richly aromatic wine offers an earthy nose with dried herb, dark fruit and subtle notes of anise. The full bodies palate offers moderate acidity, firm tannins and youthful notes of red berry, plum, dark fruit and light cocoa notes. This is a festive wine and meant to be drunk young.

Dupeuble Beaujolais Nouveau, created by the legendary Damien Dupeuble, is an exceptional Gamay produced using traditional winemaking methods developed centuries ago. After the grapes are hand-harvested at optimal ripeness, they are fermented using natural yeast. Every bottle boasts impeccable balance and luscious aromatics while maintaining the fun, casual, and fruit-forward character that makes Beaujolais Nouveau unique.

Based on an array of barrel samples, Four Roses "DrinkUpNY Single Barrel" is the result of the DrinkUpNY buyer's tasting and careful selection. Created from the OBSF recipe, the nose offers inviting aromas of sweet spice and dried fruit, while the smooth, mellow palate displays vanilla, caramel and oak. The barrel number is handwritten on the label and the side of the bottle is adorned with with a custom-made DrinkUpNY label.

Greenhook Ginsmiths’ Old Tom project began in 2012 through a collaboration with two of Brooklyn’s highly regarded bartenders: Damon Boelte and Maxwell Britten. They were instrumental in providing a bartender’s perspective on creating an Old Tom Gin that would work perfectly for classic recreations of Old Tom Gin cocktails, as well as have a strong, lasting presence in the modern cocktail movement. The base of the Greenhook Ginsmiths Old Tom Gin is pot distilled grain, which is then distilled with juniper and other exotic spices inspired by the British Spice Trade of the prevailing period. This gin is aged for 12 months in ex-Bourbon casks and finished in Oloroso Sherry butts before bottled at a whopping 50.05% ABV (100.1 Proof).

Highland Park "Dark Origins" Single Orkney Malt Scotch Whisky is inspired by the cunning spirit and courageous personality of Highland Park’s infamous founder, Magnus Eunson. This latest addition to the core expressions uses twice as many first fill sherry casks than in the classic Highland Park 12 year old resulting in a naturally darker, richer flavored spirit. On the nose, Highland Park's Dark Origins displays bold aromas of Sherried spice and ripe bananas combined with toasted hazelnuts, baked apple and hints of butterscotch. The well-balanced palate offers prominent notes of black pepper, spice and dry peat which mellows out to maraschino cherries, warm dark chocolate, fig and orange zest. Enduring aromas of chocolate and sweet smoke lingers through the long finish.

Krupnikas is a sweet alcoholic drink that is popular in Lithuania as well as Poland, where it is known as "Krupnik". Legend has it in the 1500's, Benedictine monks created Krupnikas with honey and warm spices, that quickly became the drink of choice in the Polish and Lithuanian communities. Though the Soviets shut down production for many years, krupnikas lived on through closely guarded family recipes, which have been passed down though the generations. At this time, Kas Spirits is the only New York producer of Krupnikas. It is hand-crafted with New York honey and spices such as vanilla, cinnamon, cardamom, caraway seeds, cloves, and saffron.

Lively and passionate amber in color, Kavalan Taiwanese Whisky offers a clean, elegant and floral nose with undertones of butterfly orchid, vanilla and tropical fruit. The palate opens with a hint of sweet mango with spicy complexity and then quickly expands with notes of pear drop, vanilla, coconut and chocolate. Gentle notes of citrus lingers through the warm, medium finish.

Kavalan "Concertmaster" Port Cask Finish Single Malt Taiwanese Whisky is first matured in specially selected American oak casks and then finished in ruby, tawny and vintage Port wine casks. The resulting spirit is smooth with creamy richness and layers of flavors of tropical fruit, dark berries, vanilla, sweet tobacco and candy floss. The nose is carried over to the rich bodied palate with natural sweetness and added complexity of almond, gummy bear, candy and mint.

Kavalan "King Car Conductor" Single Malt Taiwanese Whisky is a vatted single malt of ex-bourbon, sherry and other specially selected barrels with a higher content of sherry casks. This dark amber colored whisky opens with a delicate, floral nose with complex, multilayered aromas of papaya, banana, green apple, raisin and sherry. The rich, sweet palate offers soft, supple notes of banana, vanilla and coconut with a hint of pleasant bitterness balancing the sweetness. The long, rich finish is accentuated by notes of toffee and caramel.

La Venenosa Sierra de Jalisco Raicilla is crafted by Maestro Tabernero Don Ruben Peña in the Mascota village of Sierra Occidental de Jalisco region. It is produced from Agave Maximiliana and distilled only once in a hybrid Filipino/Arabic still. The resulting spirit offers rich fruit notes of papaya and avocado backed up by subtle notes of ginger, cinnamon and tangerine. It has a bracing acidity making it a great cocktail component.

Curated from Agave Rhodacantha, La Venenosa Costa de Jalisco Raicilla is crafted by Maestro Tabernero Don Alberto Hernandez in the Lanno Grande village of the Costa de Jalisco region. The agave is roasted in an adobe oven with black oak and twice distilled in a Filipino style still this is made from the trunk of a Higuera Blanca tree. The resulting spirit offers great balance between smoke and vegetal notes of cedar, pine and agave.


Crafted in the San Juan Espanatica village of Sur de Jalisco region, La Venenosa Sur de Jalisco Raicilla is created from agave Angustifolia and Cenizo. Maestro Tabernero Don Arturo Campos roasted the agave in earthen oven with black oak and twice distilled in a ceramic still. This raicilla displays notes of herbs and game with hints of cracked pepper, dusty earth and smoke, and boasts a long, dry, and gently bitter finish.


La Venenosa Sierra del Tigre de Jalisco Raicilla is the brain child of Maestro Tabernero Don Luis Contreras. This rare raicilla is crafted from wild Inaequidens agave and produced in the Tienda Nueva, La Manzanilla de la Paz village of the Sierra del Tigre de Jalisco region. The agave is roasted in an earthen oven with black oak and distilled only once in a ceramic Filipino still. The resulting spirit offers expressive aromas of roasted agave, fruit and cheese backed by light smoke and dark chocolate. The palate offers complex, harmonious notes of ginger, fig, anise, tobacco and cherry followed by woodsmoke and earth. Delicate notes of dark chocolate and butterscotch emerge on the long, structured finish. Production is limited to 700L per year.

Laphroaig Select Single Islay Malt Scotch Whisky Mas Martinet "Menut" Priorat Medea Vodka

Blended from carefully selected casks from their different styles i.e. Quarter Cask, PX Cask, Triple Wood and 10 Year Old, the heart of the spirit is drawn from a final maturation in new American Oak casks, rarely used for Scotch whisky maturation. The last six months of the maturation takes place in the highest, warmest reaches of their warehouses during the Scottish summer. The resulting spirit is full-bodied with sparkling gold in color, offering subtle blend of peat, oak and sherry sweetness with notes of smoke and spice on the long, dry finish.

A blend of 40% Garnacha, 20% Carignan, 20% Syrah and 20% Merlot, Mas Martinet "Menut" Priorat is an amazingly complex wine offering an elegant, sophisticated nose. The medium bodied palate offers balanced acidity and firm tanning with good depth of fruity notes of mulberry, dark plum and cinnamon with underlying notes of fresh ginger and blueberries towards a bold, focused finish.
