Amrut Fusion Single Malt Whisky Aphros Vinhao Tinto Atsby Armadillo Cake Reserve New York Vermouth

Golden yellow in color, Amrut "Fusion" Single Malt Whisky offers rich, bold aromas of fruit, citrus, spice and a hint of peat. The complex, full flavored palate offers notes of oaky vanilla, molasses, dried fruit, coffee, dark chocolate and subtle notes of sherry trifle. Hint of sweet spice and marmalade lingers through the long finish.

Fermented in temperature controlled granite tanks, Aphros "Vinhao" Tinto is created from 100% Vinhao grape. Deep, dark red in color with a violet rim, this wine offers a vivid nose of wild berry, sour cherry, cassis and sweet spice. The creamy, soft palate is aligned with the nose with mature tannins and balanced acidity with a backbone of granitic minerality.

The base wine for Atsby "Armadillo Cake" Reserve New York Vermouth is steel-tank fermented chardonnay from the North Fork of Long Island. Over 32 of the finest esoteric roots, spices, herbs, flowers, seeds, and pods are cold steeped in the wine for 21 days. Batches are hand stirred every day until the flavors are perfectly infused, and then it's carefully filtered and added with locally spun Indian Muscovado caramel along with craft apple brandy from the Finger Lakes region of New York. The newly fortified, aromatized wine is then left to meld and mature in steel barrels for over two years before bottling. The resulting vermouth is luscious with silky mouth-feel, offering interlaced notes of cinnamon, cardamom, orange peel and vanilla on the nose and palate. Enjoy it chilled neat or on the rocks with a twist of orange, or use as a base in your favorite classic or modern cocktail.

Crystal clear in color, Blue Nectar Tequila Silver offers a bold, herbaceous nose leads to a crisp, fruit-forward palate bursting with notes of fresh agave, lime, lemon and pineapple, accented by delicate hints of dried herbs, black pepper and earthy mineral, culminating in a nice, clean finish.

Broadside Margarita Vineyard Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of 96% Cabernet Sauvignon and 4% Merlot from 15 year old vines. The wine is fermented with 100% native yeast without any additives and aged in 97% neutral French oak barrels. Concentrated aromas of blackberry, dark cherry and plum carry through to the palate, where they merge with notes of black currant, dried herbs, spicy oak and vanilla. Subtle tannins and balanced acidity merge with a sleek vein of minerality on the finish.

Brovo "Project Amaro 14" Amaro Liqueur Carpano Vermouth Dry Chieftain's Glentauchers 20 Year Old Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Produced in Woodinville, WA in partnership with bartender Mike Ryan, Brovo "Project Amaro 14" Amaro Liqueur is hand-crafted from 90% Guatemalan chocolate with thyme, sarsaparilla, vanilla, cinnamon and Gentian root. The result is a rich, smooth liqueur offering dark, rich chocolate notes that lead to hints of cinnamon, spice, dried fruit and earth. Enjoy it straight or mix it with your favorite cocktails.


Carpano Dry is the newest vermouth innovation from this legendary vermouth producer. Distilled with all of the attention to quality and craftsmanship that characterizes the Carpano brand, this new, drier taste is achieved by lowering the sugar content. Carpano Dry is full-bodied and round with an exceptional wealth of aromas both on nose and palate, offering notes of candied fruit, spices, coriander, frankincense and lemon essential oil with a very persistent aftertaste of citrus and green apple.


Golden yellow in color, Chieftain's Glentauchers 20 Year Old Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky displays herbal and citrus notes that are accompanied by fruit and sweet vanilla. Touches of brandied fruit and oily residues add to the depth. The palate opens with a sweet, malty spiciness with notes of vibrant citrus, green tea, ginger and dark chocolate. The finish is long and smooth with notes of orange and peach.

Clement Mahina Coco Coconut Liqueur Compass Box "Great King St Glasgow Blend" Blended Scotch Whisky Compass Box "The Lost Blend" Limited Release Blended Scotch Whisky

A French Caribbean coconut delicacy, Clement "Mahina Coco" Coconut Liqueur is crafted with luscious pieces of young coconut soused with Rhum Agricole, which brings out a soft and sweet roundness of the Caribbean. It can be served chilled, but also mixes very well with pineapple juice, or in exotic island cocktails and batidas.

Compass Box "Glasgow Blend" Blended Scotch Whisky is a limited edition release crafted from 33% Lowland grain whisky from a Fife distillery and 67% Malt whisky from the regions of Islay, the Highlands and Speyside. The Islay single malt contributes about 20% of the total recipe and it comes from south shore distillery, vatted with a fruity malt from the village of Brora and a rich sherried Speyside malt from the Aberlour region. A small percentage of Speyside and Highland malts complete the recipe. It is matured in a combination of first-fill Sherry casks, first-fill and refill ex-Bourbon barrels and a small portion of new French oak finish, resulting in a hearty, full-flavored style of scotch whisky, offering notes of dried fruit and wine character. The palate is full and round with a hint of sweetness, complemented by malty complexity.

This Compass Box "The Lost Blend" Limited Release Blended Scotch Whisky is a homage to their own ‘lost blend’ Eleuthera, their first ever single malt blend that they had to retire in 2004. It is also inspired by a short story written by O. Henry in 1907 “The Lost Blend” about life in a New York bar featuring two business partners who try to recreate a blend of spirits with close to supernatural properties. The new limited edition is an elegantly complex union of two fruity Highland single malts and a peaty Islay single malt. An ethereal fruit and herbal character with a sweetness on the palate that is buttressed by an underlying smokiness.

Handcrafted from the finest quality rye, aged to perfection in their signature oak barrels and bottled at a whopping 56.6% ABV (113.2 Proof), Dark Horse Distillery "Reunion" Barrel Strength Rye Whiskey opens with rich aromas of clove, cinnamon and caramels, giving way to the warmth of smoke, sweet spices, raisin, citrus and butterscotch in the mid-palate, complemented by hints of toasted oak, rye bread and ginger on the long, spicy finish.


Dupeuble Beaujolais Nouveau, created by the legendary Damien Dupeuble, is an exceptional Gamay produced using traditional winemaking methods developed centuries ago. After the grapes are hand-harvested at optimal ripeness, they are fermented using natural yeast. Every bottle boasts impeccable balance and luscious aromatics while maintaining the fun, casual, and fruit-forward character that makes Beaujolais Nouveau unique.

Deep garnet-purple in color, Earthworks Barossa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon offers intense aromas of vanilla, blueberry, cassis, plum preserves and plum jam. The full-bodied palate is round, generously aromatic with soft, chewy tannins. Hints of ripe black fruit and dark chocolate complement the long finish.

Elixir Calisaya Liqueur Elixir Iris Liqueur Farm Collective Cabernet Sauvignon

“Calisaya” was well known in North America before Prohibition, when the name was used to describe any cinchona bark-based spirit. Several classic pre-Prohibition cocktails list calisaya as their key ingredient or as a bitter. Unfortunately Calisaya gradually disappeared from the North American market after Prohibition, until Elixir® reintroduced this timeless liqueur back in 2010. Hand crafted at Elixir® craft distillery in Eugene, Oregon, this all-natural cinchona-based liqueur follows the Italian proprietor’s centuries-old Italian recipe. The delicate and complex flavor of Calisaya® is imparted by an array of spices, herbs, and flowers working together to smooth and enhance the base cinchona aroma. This modern spin on the classic Italian amaro makes a delightful digestive or aperitif. Enjoyed it straight or mix with your favorite cocktails.

Elixir Iris Liqueur takes the name from its main ingredient, i.e. genuine iris root. Iris root is legendary for its delicate, violet-like aromas. It is hand crafted in small batches with organic alcohol base infused with roots, flowers and selected botanicals and sweetened with pure cane sugar and organic agave syrup. The base alcohol is filtered extensively through activated charcoal, crushed lava rock from central Oregon, and run through copper tubing to ensure that the alcohol retains its warmth without any lingering fieriness. Prior to bottling, Iris rests in oak barrels for about 10 days. Approximately 300 bottles are produced in every batch.

Farm Collective Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Merlot, 6% Zinfandel and 2% Petite Syrah. The is aged for 18 months in American and French oak barrels. The resulting wine is complex with balanced mouthfeel, offering layers of big and bold flavors of dark coffee and chocolate, supported by notes of bright cherry and cigar box. Powerful notes of red fruit flavors are complemented by the dark mocha notes that lead into the smooth, lingering finish.

Fritsch Donauloss Zweigelt Germain-Robin DrinkUpNY Single Barrel Germain-Robin "GR 30" Craft-Method 30 Year Old California Brandy

Though relatively unknown in the U.S., Zweigelt is Austria's principal red wine variety. Fritsch "Donauloss" Zweigelt executes a surprising balance of ripe fruit and grown-up maturity; while there's layer upon layer of plum and berry fruit, you can still take this red seriously. With delightfully assertive acidity and plenty of spice, you'll enjoy this pleasantly lengthy wine again and again.

Hand-picked by our buyers from an array of barrel samples, Germain-Robin "DrinkUpNY Single Barrel" Custom Blend Reserve Alambic Brandy is crafted primarily from 1994, 2004 and 2005 vintages Pinot Noir from Roederer Estate and a blend of French Colombard, Viognier, Zinfandel and Chardonnay from the Mendocino county. The wines are hand distilled on an old fashioned alambic still and it was aged exclusively in Limousin oak from Tonnellerie Vicard and then brought to proof with rain water before bottling. No caramel or boise is ever used. The resulting brandy offers a soft richness with warm fruit flavors with subtle notes of lovely sweet oakiness.

Aged for 30 years, Germain-Robin "GR 30" Craft-Method California Brandy includes a 1984 brandy crafted from Colombard from one of their favorite vineyards, i.e. the Hildreth ranch along the Russian River in the center of the Ukiah Valley. This brandy offers a depth and flavor which comes only from peat lie within these deep alluvial soils. This brandy is unfiltered and only 300 bottles were produced.
