To craft Ardbeg "Perpetuum" Non Chill-Filtered Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky, whisky creator Dr Bill Lumsden took inspiration from the differing styles of whisky his predecessors have created over the last 200 years. Deep amber in color, Ardbeg Perpetuum offers rich and enticing notes of tar, pine resin, dark chocolate and treacle toffee with underlying notes of briny sea salt, linseed oil and oaky note. The slightly chewy palate is creamy and mouth-coating with intense, robust aromas of peat smoke, savoury smoky bacon, cinnamon and nutmeg, accentuated by an incredible creamy, sweet vanilla/milk chocolate note. The finish is long with hints of linseed oil, some creosote and tar.

Golden yellow with green tints in color, Au Contraire Russian River Valley Chardonnay in crafted from 100% Chardonnay from California’s prestigious Sonoma Coast AVA, offering pronounced lemon citrus core with tree fruits of pear and crisp apple lined with a floral note of jasmine. The full-bodied palate is round and elegant with crisp acidity and viscous with sweet honeydew melon note balanced by hint of brioche and toast. The finish is long and well balanced with a touch of minerality. Pairs well with shellfish, cream sauces, roasted chicken, fish, and zesty grilled vegetable dishes as well as mild Gouda and soft cheeses.

It is the traditional language of Breton, an area that's had more than 500 years experience in making cider and is touted by insiders as one of the best cider regions in the world. Aval "Cidre Artisanal" Cider is crafted from a perfect balanced combination of 8 varieties of apples from Brittany, imparting a subtle sweetness, a hint of refreshing bitterness and a crisp, complex mouthfeel with pleasant aromas of ripe apple, caramel and citrus. Pair it with blue cheese, fish and pasta with white sauce.

The first Texas whiskey on the market since Prohibition, Balcones "Baby Blue" is created entirely of roasted Hopi blue corn, a unique strain which has been grown with the same rich color and flavor for thousands of years. "Baby Blue" has the youthful freshness of a traditional corn whiskey, but brief aging in small oak barrels has lent a refined complexity to the spirit. An inviting nose of marzipan, smoked chili pepper, dark chocolate and baking spice leads to corn meal, light caramel and toasted almond on the palate. The long, satisfying finish offers hints of vanilla, clove and oak.

Like other single malts, Balcones Texas Single Malt Whisky is distilled from malted barley - the main difference is the unique maturation process. Each batch is aged in several barrels of different sizes and woods, then finished in large barrels composed of various woods. This is done to ensure that the natural flavors of the malted barley are complemented, rather than overshadowed by the wood extraction. By rotating the spirit, different characteristics emerge from each type of wood, depending on the size of the barrel and how long the whisky rests inside. The resulting spirit offers rich, well-integrated notes of pralines, vanilla, brown sugar and caramel, which evolve into ripe pear, citrus fruit and raisin. The lingering finish offers a lovely toasted malt character, accented by oak and spice.

Dark cherry in color, Bodegas del Campo "Pagos de Quintana" Ribera del Duero Crianza opens with a clean and bright nose of fresh red fruit, vanilla, cocoa, candied fruit and toasted oak. The full bodied palate is well structured with polished tannins and balanced acidity, offering notes of ripe black fruit, banana, berry jam, toast and earth. Bold notes of spice and hints of cherry lingers through the long finish.

Cherry-red in color, Bodegas y Vinedos del Jalon "Punto y Coma" Garnacha is created from 100% Garnacha Tinta grapes and aged for 9 months in French oak barrels. The vines are at least 40 years old and located at altitudes of between 680 & 1,050 meters. The vineyard is situated on the mountainside on soils of slate and quartzite, producing wines with a distinctive mineral quality. The nose is bright and intense with aromas of ripe fruit, strawberry jam, prunes and cloves. The palate is rich and complex with mineral undertone and a gentle mouthfeel. Hints of liquorice and caramel lingers through the long finish. This versatile wine is perfect for a wide range of food: cheeses, casseroles, stews and grilled meats.

Ruby red in color, Camigliano Brunello di Montalcino is crafted from 100% Sangiovese Grosso. After light pressing fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature of 82°F and then maceration on the skins for 21-25 days with frequent delestage, the wine is aged for 24 months in Slovenian and French oak barrels of 60 - 160 HL followed by another 12 months of aging in the bottle. On the nose, Camigliano Brunello di Montalcino opens with spicy notes of chili and pepper with undertones of strawberry and raspberry. The full-bodied palate offers velvety tannins with additional nuance of fresh flower, blackcurrant and earthy minerals. Subtle notes of salty undertone lingers through the long finish. Pair it with red meat, game, mushrooms or truffles. Also excellent with cheeses such as aged tomes, Parmesan, Tuscan pecorino.

Aged for four years in French oak barrels, Clos de Gat "Sycra" Muscat is a blend of 85% ‘Muscat of Alexandria’ and 15% Viognier. This exotically-delicious dessert wine, displays a beautiful golden hue on the glass, offering generous, complex bouquet of aromas dominated by honeysuckle, jammy fruits, dried apricots, orange peel and spices. Mirrored on the palate, the creamy texture is complemented by vivid fruit flavors, delicate acidity and a smooth, elegant finish. This is an excellent pairing for foie gras, tropical fruits and strong blue cheeses.

Dictador Treasure Colombian Barrel Aged Gin Dictador Ortodoxy Colombian Barrel Aged Gin De Morgenzon DMZ Cabernet Sauvignon Rose

Light amber in color, the base spirit of Dictador "Treasure" Colombian Barrel Aged Gin is a neutral spirit distilled up to five times from sugar cane which is infused with various botanicals including unique Colombian fruit Limon Mandarino which blends the exotic sweet taste of the tangerine and the acidity of the lemon to give fantastic balance. It is then aged for 35 weeks in their Dictador rum barrels. The result is a complex and flavorful gin offering notes of mint, spearmint, pepper and tangerine-lemon. Enjoyed it on the rocks.

Crafted based on the formula of the former president of the company Dario Parra, Dictador "Ortodoxy" Colombian Barrel Aged Gin opens with aromas of juniper, angelica, mint, lemon and pepper, followed by subtle notes of cinnamon, blueberry and ginger. The palate displays perfect balance between the bitterness of the roots, the freshness of the botanicals, the sweet and sour of berries and peels, and the warmth of the spices. At 43% alcohol, this gin mixes well with a wide range of classic and modern cocktails.

De Morgenzon Estate, located high in the mountains, pride themselves on creating all natural, high quality wines. They believe that a biodiverse, ecologically sensitive environment produces a better harvest and therefore have planted various wildflowers in between the vines. The vines are also subjected to Baroque music, which is constantly played by carefully situated loudspeakers. The Estate believes that the melodies and harmonies positively effect plant growth. While this has not yet been scientifically proven, it shows that De Morgenzon is truly dedicated to their craft.

Pale yellow in color with light green glints, Fattoria del Cerro Manero Bianco is a blend of 80% Trebbiano and 20% Chardonnay, offering delicate fruity aroma with notes of golden apple, white plum, and green banana. The full-bodied palate is aligned with the nose with a pleasant, medium concentration. Well-balanced with crisp acidity, this refreshing white will pair well with Fish appetizers, first courses of shellfish, steamed or grilled white fish.

Crafted from hand-picked grapes from Judean Hills, Gush Etzion "Spring River" Syrah-Mourvedre is a blend of 65% Syrah and 35% Mourvedre. It is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, lightly filtered and then aged in the bottle for another 2 years. The result is a medium bodied wine with soft tannins and balanced acidity, offering notes of ripe berry fruit, baking spice and chocolate with a layer of cascading flavors that expand in the textured earthy finish.

Deep herbal green with a hint of gold in color, Jade Liqueurs "Esprit Edouard" Absinthe Superieure offers a bold vintage flavor profile of Pontarlier Absinthe, Andalusian anise, fennel of Gard and powerfully herbaceous long finish.

Jade C. F. Berger Jefferson's "Ocean" Very Small Batch Straight Bourbon Whiskey Ledaig 42 Year Old 1972 vintage

Shades of olive green with a distinct amber tint in color, Jade Liqueurs "C. F. Berger" Absinthe Superieure offers a rich, full-bodied aroma and flavor that are true to its antique Swiss root, with vintage full powered palate of Val de Travers Absinthe, Andalusian anise and fennel of Gard with a long, piquant herbal finish.

Jefferson's "Ocean" Very Small Batch Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a blend of 62 barrels of bourbon aged 6-8 years. It was then put on a container ship for 6 months to travel across the equator four times making the whiskey age faster. The resulting spirit is amber caramel in color with enticing aromas of caramel, candied fruit, orange zest, dark honey and vanilla. Well balanced and smooth, the palate is drier than the nose would suggest, exhibiting spicier notes of vanilla, cinnamon, sweet corn and oak.


Dark Chestnut in color, Ledaig 42 Year Old 1972 vintage "Dusgadh" Tobermory Distillery Isle of Mull Single Malt Scotch Whisky opens with an intense phenolic sherry aromas on the nose followed by sooty smokiness, fragrant wood, toffee apple and some maltiness. The rich and complex palate is quite dry but develops a smoky oloroso sherry character pretty quickly. Impressive layers of dark chocolate, coffee and cherry liqueurs gets added on from mid palate and notes of well balanced spicy ginger and black peppercorn with a salty smoky tail lingers through the long finish.

Lomond Sauvignon Blanc Mare Mediterranean Gin Noahs Mill Small Batch Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey

Lomond Sauvignon Blanc offers delicate aromas of green pepper and tropical fruit with herbaceous undertones. The palate is fresh and medium bodied with crisp minerality accompanied by faint traces of Guava, litchi, lavender and rose petal aromas, rounded off by tropical fruit, followed by a soft creamy finish.

Alongside ‘traditional’ botanicals, Mare Mediterranean Gin is created with four principal botanicals: basil, thyme, rosemary and Arbequina olive. They also use a custom blend of citrus, i.e. sweet and bitter oranges from Seville and Valencia and lemons from Lleida. Most of the botanicals are macerated separately for around 36 hours and then individually distilled in their 250 liter Florentine still. Once all the different distillations have taken place, they are blended together with more neutral spirit and water to create Gin Mare. The result is a robust, rich, flavorful spirit that will mix beautifully in modern and classic cocktails.

This bourbon is carefully aged until it has reached its peak, perfectly balancing liveliness and maturity. The full-bodied palate is surprisingly smooth and delightfully complex; flavors of toast, leather, coffee, dried fruit, brown sugar, and caramel linger through a long finish without any of the cloying sweetness of some lower-proof bourbons.
