Crafted from 100% Melon de Bourgogne, Bonnet-Huteau "Les Laures Granite de Vallet" Muscadet Sevre Et Maine Sur Lie is a crisp, clean wine offering notes of citrus, orange blossom and spice. The palate is viscous and buttery with prominent minerality and balanced acidity. Compelling notes of green herb and citrus lingers through the long finish. Pairs well with summer salad, scallops and cheese.

Just barely off-dry, the fruit exhibits a delightful exotic overtones of pear, fig and green apple while the acids provide excellent balancing zip and freshness. The finish of this restrained, elegant demi-sec is long and minerally.

Very pale yellow with greenish tints in color, Domaine Chauveau "La Charmette" Pouilly Fume offers an elegant nose of citrus with lovely vegetal undertone. The silky, concentrated palate is firm and aromatic, that is fairly austere and shows a lovely lace-like style, followed by a fresh, clear-cut finish. This Pouilly Fumé makes a delightful aperitif. It is also perfect with seafood, fish, scallops and white meats.

The Atmospheres is a blend of 80% Folle Blanche and 20% Pinot Noir. The Folle Blanche is planted on sandy and clay soils and the Pinot Noir to gneiss. The wine was produced using the Traditional Method and was aged on its lees for 18 months before disgorgement. A youthful wine that offers notes of white stone fruit, ripe lemons, peaches and pears and a long mineral driven finish.

Golden yellow in color, Domaine des Aubuisieres "Bernard Fouquet" Cuvee de Silex Vouvray is a lively white evoking floral, fresh green melon, citrus and musk notes. The mouth watering palate is crisp and vibrant with excellent fruit replay accompanied by additional notes of mineral, white ginger, green almond and orange zest. Enjoy with roasted turkey or chicken, lightly spiced seafood and pasta with white sauce.

Composed of Cabernet Franc, Domaine des Forges "Les 3C" has been hand harvested from 40 year old vines, fermented in small batches and aged in oak for one year. Generous notes of ripe fruit, violets and earth on the nose and palate are complemented by balanced acidity, round tannins and a hint of sweet spice on the finish.

The nose is fresh and expressive with youthful fresh aromas of ripe berry and green peppercorn, while the soft, silky and fruit-driven palate offers black fruit, roasted pepper, bitter orange and tobacco leaf. Refreshing acidity and structured tannins merge with subtle notes of spice on the finish.

FX Barc "Jus de Gamay" Touraine is a light, fruit-forward red offering enticing aromas of cherry, raspberry, plum and wildflowers. Lively red fruit notes on the palate are complemented by vibrant acidity, soft, round tannins and a long, earthy finish.

Produced in Charmat Method, Henry Varnay Blanc de Blancs Brut Sparkling Wine is created from 100% Ugni Blanc and aged in the famous ready-made wine cellars of Tuffeau, Saumur's local calcareous rock. A remarkable value, Jean-Maurice Raffault "Les Galluches" is composed entirely of Cabernet Franc and has been aged for eight months in used oak barrels. The nose is fresh and expressive with aromas of ripe berry and smoke, while the complex, fruit-driven palate offers mulberry, roasted pepper, bitter orange and tobacco. Lively acidity and structured tannins merge with chalky minerality and a hint of spice on the finish.


It's difficult to find a white wine at this price that is so refreshing and charming, and speaks so clearly of its place of origin. This is a vibrant, racy, mineral-drenched Muscadet that evokes the sea.

Pascal Janvier "Cuvee Silex" Jasnieres opens with delicate floral aromas which lead to a crisp, mineral-laden palate brimming with ripe stone fruit. Elegant flavors of peach, grapefruit, pear and citrus are accompanied by high acidity and a touch of smoke on the long, clean finish. While most chenin blancs are best enjoyed now, Pascal Janvier Cuvee Silex Jasnieres will be even more expressive after two to four years.
