Akitabare Suirakuten Heaven of Tipsy Delight Daiginjo Akitabare Shunsetsu Spring Snow Nama Honjozo Chokaisan Junmai Daiginjo

Akitabare Suirakuten "Heaven of Tipsy Delight" Daiginjo is aged for two years after brewing, allowing this particularly nuanced sake the opportunity to develop luscious, juicy melon and muscat grape characteristics. While gentle, this is a daiginjo that will keep you fascinated to the last glass.

Akitabare Shunsetsu "Spring Snow," made from the Gin no Sei rice variety, is an ultra-light sake with just a hint of sweetness. An excellent pairing for dishes like edamame, tofu, and seafood salad, this elegant sake is best enjoyed chilled.

Chokaisan is created using a new strain of yeast derived from flowers, which results in an intensely aromatic sake with bold floral notes complemented by hints of pear and melon. Balanced, smooth, and semi-dry, it pairs perfectly with oysters, cheeses, nuts, or creamy pasta dishes.

Dewatsuru Hihaku Junmai Daiginjo Dewatsuru Kimoto Junmai Dewazakura Tobiroku Festival of Stars Sparkling Sake

International Sake Challenge Bronze Medal – 2008

Refined and elegant, this premium sake displays a pronounced aroma of fresh flowers, with underlying hints of melon and cherry. Incredibly smooth and slightly sweet, it is an excellent accompaniment to shellfish, but can also work well with rich foods and mildly spicy dishes.

Produced in the original Kimoto brewing method, this old-style sake is full-bodied and mellow with high acidity. Earthy notes of mushroom, herb, and mineral complement grilled vegetables, fish, or chicken.

Produced with a secondary fermentation in the bottle--much like Champagne--this sake is a festive treat for any occasion. Crisp, dry and effervescent, Dewazakura Tobiroku "Festival of Stars" is minimally filtered to maintain its round, satisfying flavor.

Dewazakura Oka Cherry Bouquet Ginjo Dewazakura Oka Thirtieth Anniversary Ginjo Hoyo Fair Maiden Kura no Hana Junmai Daiginjo

This ginjo sake is light and refreshing, with a delightful, flowery bouquet and a touch of pear and melon on the palate.

In 1981, the Dewazakura Brewery released their "Oka Ginjo", which was the first aromatic, floral and fruit-forward ginjo to emerge during a time when the most common style was light, dry and clean. Dewazakura Oka "Thirtieth Anniversary" is a classic recreation of the original, with vibrant notes of pear, melon, apple and cherry blossom. Balanced acidity and a crisp, clean finish allow this sake to pair well with clams on the half-shell, lightly dressed salads and white fish sushi or sashimi.

This daiginjo sake is almost transparently light and delicate, with a winsome natural sweetness and innocent grace that are simply irresistable. It is delicious sipped as an aperitif or served as an accompaniment to salads and light seafood dishes: it goes perfectly with lobster, scallops and any kind of white fish sashimi.

Produced by the Uchigasaki Brewery in the Miyagi Prefecture, this sake stands between junmai and ginjo sakes and offers the best of both. Hoyo "Genji" is relaxed, expressive, and beautifully aromatic.

This delicate, aromatic sake has a complex floral nose complemented by notes of fresh pear. On the palate it is creamy and rich with hints of banana and peach. Enjoy with seafood, light pasta dishes, and smooth cheeses.

Light-bodied and vibrant, this incredibly smooth sake displays refreshing notes of honeydew melon and cucumber, complemented by a soft floral quality. Mildly sweet with bright acidity, it pairs well with salads and light seafood dishes.
