Created from 40% Pinot Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, Billecart-Salmon Demi-Sec is beautiful pale gold in color, emitting a constant ballet of fine, regular and persistent bubbles in the flute. Elegant and lightly sweet, this full flavored champagne offers perfect balance between sweetness and acidity with subtle notes of delicate white flowers, honey, and lemon on the nose leading to a full-bodied palate with solid structure, offering pleasing aromas of vanilla pastry that accompanies to the long finish.

Launched in 2009, Billecart-Salmon "Sous Bois" Brut is unique in the world of Champagne as it is both 100% fermented and aged in neutral oak barrels. It is created from all three main champagne grapes i.e. Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier. After fermentation, the wine is aged in barrique for up to eight months and then aged for an additional five years in the cellar. The resulting champagne offers is a rich, elegant nose with harmonious expression. The palate offers remarkable finesse, caressing texture and a bracing vivacity balanced with power, maturity and mouth-watering acidity.

Crafted from 100% Melon de Bourgogne, Bonnet-Huteau "Les Laures Granite de Vallet" Muscadet Sevre Et Maine Sur Lie is a crisp, clean wine offering notes of citrus, orange blossom and spice. The palate is viscous and buttery with prominent minerality and balanced acidity. Compelling notes of green herb and citrus lingers through the long finish. Pairs well with summer salad, scallops and cheese.

Just barely off-dry, the fruit exhibits a delightful exotic overtones of pear, fig and green apple while the acids provide excellent balancing zip and freshness. The finish of this restrained, elegant demi-sec is long and minerally.

Produced in accordance with the original 1873 recipe, Byrrh is created by macerating South America Quinquina, coffee, bitter orange, colombo and cocoa in Muscat Mistelles, which is then matured in oak casks. The fruit-forward wine lends natural sweetness, so no additional sugar is needed, and also provides Byrrh Grand Quinquina with its refreshing balance of fruit and spice. Byrrh is traditionally served as an aperitif, chilled with a slice of lemon.
