94 Points - Wine Enthusiast
5 Stars / "Highest Recommendation" - F. Paul Pacult's Spirit Journal
Double Gold Medal, Best in Class - San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2008
Vieux Pontarlier's aromas evolve after pouring, starting with bright anise and developing heady alpine herb notes with savory, lightly mentholated hints of wormwood. The initial taste is intense and spicily piquant, with round, herbal flavors cradling the wormwood and a long, refreshing, cooling finish of anise and fennel seed.

From New Orleans native and master absinthe distiller T.A. Breaux, comes Jade Liqueurs "Nouvelle-Orleans" Absinthe Superieure, an absinthe rooted in the heritage that made the Sazerac cocktail and the absinthe frappe famous. Nouvelle-Orleans Absinthe presents the connoisseur with a unique perfume and texture that disappeared almost a century ago. Created in France by T.A. Breaux, this premium absinthe is distilled using 130 year-old copper absinthe stills in accordance to the most demanding original ‘Swiss Method’, including French eau de vie, only the finest whole botanicals, and never any artificial colorants or commercial flavorings.

Gold Medal - LA International Wine & Spirits Competition 2009
Gold Medal – San Francisco World Spirits Competition, 2008
Gold Medal – Beverage Testing Institute, 2007
La Fee's botanicals contain all of the traditional components of a fine absinthe: wormwood, green anise, star anise, hyssop, and fennel. Careful maceration during copper pot still distillation ensures abundant aromas, concentrated flavor, and an attractive louche. La Fee is also the only absinthe authenticated by the Musee de l'Absinthe in Auvers-sur-Oise, France.

Lucid represents a breakthrough product for the U.S. market, as it was the first true, Grande Wormwood-based absinthe available since before prohibition, and is the best selling absinthe in the U.S. Lucid is crafted entirely by hand in France using the ‘Swiss Method’, which employs only whole herbs, antique absinthe stills, and never any artificial colors or commercial flavorings. Lucid also has another first to its credit in that it is certified Kosher Pareve.

Gold Medal - San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2011

A Swiss style La Bleue crafted from beet neutral spirits, Tenneyson Absinthe displays a lovely pearlescent louche and offers inviting aromas of fennel and juniper backed by a rich anise note. The complex, balanced palate opens with harmonious notes of grande wormwood, sweet fennel, anise and lemon balm, which then merge with bittersweet notes of orange and juniper that linger through the finish. Marc Thuillier, one of France's most well-respected absinthe experts, has described Tenneyson as "a top product" and "a real change from a traditional blanche, in a good sense".
