This cognac is a harmonious blend of eaux-de-vie from Fine Champagne, Fins Bois and Bons Bois. Each component has been aged in French Limousin oak casks for 2.5 years to 10 years and then expertly blended together to create a smooth, full-flavored spirit with a bright, fruit-forward nose and a rounded, mellow palate.

Produced without the traditional permitted additives (caramel, sugar and oak extract), Natur & Eleganse XO is a blend of 60% Fin Bois Cognac, 25% Grande Champagne Cognac and 15% Petite Champagne Cognac. Elegant and complex, it has been aged in Limousin oak casks for over 10 years and offers layers of mellow fruit flavors complemented by light floral notes and a hint of vanilla on the dry finish.


Chateau de Montifaud VSOP spends its first eight months in new oak barrels, developing a golden amber color and surprisingly mature aromas of dried flowers, apricot, toasted almond, vanilla, allspice, cedar, and fresh herbs. The palate is similarly generous, introducing apple, leather, caramel, and an elegant hint of rancio.

This classic cognac has a delicate and subtle bouquet with hints of cigar box, prune, licorice, hazlenut, old port wine, ginger and orange blossom. Full bodied and mellow, tender yet stylish, this Cognac has a long, lingering finish.


The bouquet is characterized by the powerfulness and length of the intensely floral aromas, backed by the distinctive vanilla of its rancio. Mellow roundness on the palate blossoms into a full-bodied fruitiness, with a slight, harmonious hint of licorice.

The only white cognac available on the market, Godet "Antarctica" is created from the rare Folle Blanche grape - a varietal that only narrowly survived extinction from the nineteenth century Phylloxera epidemic. Although Antarctica has been matured in very old oak for seven years, the unique distillation and filtration process developed by Godet leaves the spirit pure and clear. A subtle nose of delicate white flowers leads to a dry, medium-bodied palate offering elegant notes of apple custard, poached pear, golden raisin and vanilla. Soft notes of baking spice linger through the finish. Serve ice cold.

After aging in oak for 15 years, this bold, balanced cognac emerges with rich aromas of ripe fruit, candied walnut and baking spice. The palate is pleasantly fruit-forward with notes of lightly spiced apple, orange and pear, which then transform into sweet, crisp flavors of apple tart and fruit pastry on the finish.

Guillon-Painturaud Hors d'Age was aged in oak for 30 years, imparting a lovely bronze hue and a rich, full body. A focused bouquet of raisin, sauteed almond and fig leads to a crisp, structured palate with notes of ripe fruit, vanilla and cedar. The long finish is bittersweet with pronounced flavors of oak complemented by fig and dates.

J. Normandin-Mercier XO Grande Champagne Cognac is an impressive spirit, displaying elegant, well-integrated notes of raisin, spiced apple, dried flowers & roasted nuts, with tones of vanilla, oak and rancio adding depth and complexity. Traces of cedar, clove and dried herbs develop on the balanced finish.

Jean Fillioux Tres Vieux is a elegant, fruit-forward spirit offering powerful aromas of vanilla, orchard fruit and orange peel, accented by toasted almond and spicy oak. Notes of orange marmalade, quince, banana and pear emerge on the full-bodied palate and merge with hints of honey and spice on the long finish.


Jean-Luc Pasquet Coeur de Grande Champagne is a golden yellow, intensely aromatic spirit. The abundant nose and textured palate share bright notes of pear, apple, and grape with just a hint of vanilla, oak, and citrus. At five to ten years old, it is youthful and lively with a rounded finish.

Kelt XO Cognac undergoes a "Tour du Monde"--a nautical voyage around the world--as its final step in maturation. Though cognac and other spirits are now generally transported in bottles, prior to the 20th century, they were exported in barrels. Harking back to this tradition, the producer has revived this additional step. They believe that due to changes in temperature and atmospheric pressure, it accelerates and transforms the aging process to create a better spirit. While we're not sure how much of an effect the oceanic travel has, it's undeniable that this is an absolutely stunning cognac. A deep mahogany color, Kelt XO boasts concentrated aromas of caramel, candied citrus peel, fresh herbs, and pepper. The palate is medium-to-full-bodied, with a rich texture and a notably evolving finish; this is a spirit to sip and contemplate.
