Chais St. Laurent "Vigne en Veron" Chinon is a fresh, lively Cabernet Franc with an elegant nose of red berries, violets and wild herbs. The bright, fruit-forward palate offers lovely floral notes backed by raspberry, cassis and a touch of pepper. Hints of tobacco appear on the lingering finish.

On the nose, D'Orsaria Cabernet Franc displays vibrant aromas of red berry and plum, enhanced by hints of violet and spice. Light and fresh on the palate, notes of cherry, raspberry, and pepper are complemented by soft tannins and a lingering finish. Pair with lighter foods such as grilled chicken, lean meat, or seafood.

Composed of Cabernet Franc, Domaine des Forges "Les 3C" has been hand harvested from 40 year old vines, fermented in small batches and aged in oak for one year. Generous notes of ripe fruit, violets and earth on the nose and palate are complemented by balanced acidity, round tannins and a hint of sweet spice on the finish.

An elegant, unoaked style of Chinon, Domaine Grosbois "La Cuisine de ma Mere" is composed entirely of Cabernet Franc. The nose is fresh and expressive with youthful fresh aromas of ripe berry and green peppercorn, while the soft, silky and fruit-driven palate offers black fruit, roasted pepper, bitter orange and tobacco leaf. Refreshing acidity and structured tannins merge with subtle notes of spice on the finish.

A remarkable value, Jean-Maurice Raffault "Les Galluches" is composed entirely of Cabernet Franc and has been aged for eight months in used oak barrels. The nose is fresh and expressive with aromas of ripe berry and smoke, while the complex, fruit-driven palate offers mulberry, roasted pepper, bitter orange and tobacco. Lively acidity and structured tannins merge with chalky minerality and a hint of spice on the finish.


Composed of 84% Cabernet Franc and 16% Merlot, this medium bodied red aged for 14 months in French oak barrels. Notes of black cherry, plum and rich earth dominate the nose and palate, while soft notes of vanilla and sweet spice emerge on the finish.
