Bottled undiluted and never chill filtered, Connemara Cask Strength is a peated single malt with a slightly sweet quality that balances the smokiness. This is a complex dram on both the nose and palate with nuanced aromas of sweet peat, straw, vanilla, roasted nuts and chocolate, and flavors of honey, cream, toast, cracked pepper, and wildflower all mingled with warm smoke.

In spite of its excellent taste and surprisingly low price, this is a whiskey you aren't likely to find in your local store. Finian's Five Provinces Blended Irish Whiskey is a light, heathery, honeyed dram with subtle notes of citrus and tropical fruit on the smooth palate.

Redbreast is a single, unblended, pure pot still Irish Whiskey which has been triple distilled and matured in oak casks for no less than 12 years. On the palate, it is bold and tremendously complex.
