Old Potrero Single Malt Straight Rye Whiskey is made in the style of 19th century American whiskey. Distilled from 100% rye malt and aged in new handmade charred oak barrels, this blend of several barrel ages is perfect for enjoying neat, on the rocks, or mixed for a knockout cocktail.

This whiskey is pot-distilled from a mash of 100% malted rye, and then aged at more than ten years in barrel. This aging creates a fine, mature, and mellow character: it has been a long time in developing, but it has been worth the wait. Limit one per customer.

This standby rye is excellent in cocktails, but good enough for the hearty to drink straight. At 101 proof, Wild Turkey Rye is powerful yet complex, with bold aromas of tea, honey, vanilla, and rye. The palate is spicy and just a little sweet, with a touch of vanilla and honey balancing bold rye spice.

Crafted by master distiller Jimmy Russell and his son Eddie Russell, and bottled after a six year maturation, this small batch rye is complex, lively, and bold. Russell's Reserve Rye Whiskey has gained a deep mahogany color and complex aromas and flavors without sacrificing the distinctive spice of rye; the nose and palate are robust with notes of roasted almonds, vanilla, caramel, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

This whiskey was crafted from a blend of two rye whiskies: a 6 year old 95% rye and a 16 year old 80% rye. A higher proportion of unmalted rye gives it a unique flavor with notes of spicy cinnamon, caramel, honey, mint, and vanilla.

This limited release rye is unusual because it was aged in used oak barrels rather than new oak, like other American whiskeys. This allows the wood to have less influence on the spirit, which brings out more delicate flavors. Subtle flavors of cinnamon, nutmeg, roasted nuts, and dried fruit are present among the distinct flavors of vanilla and caramel.

Their Hirsch Selection 8 Year Old Canadian Rye is an excellent spirit hailing from Nova Scotia.
