1792 Ridgemont Reserve Barrel Select Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Aberlour 12 Year Old Highland Single Malt Scotch Aberlour 12 Year Old Non Chill-filtered Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky

1792 Ridgemont Reserve is a distinctively smooth, handcrafted small-batch bourbon, patiently aged 8 years in new charred oak barrels. Rich and velvety, with smooth flavors of vanilla and caramel, it's the perfect bourbon for toasting any special occasion.

Aberlour 12 is pleasantly sweet, spicy, and fruit-forward. Rich notes of tangerine, apple, caramel, and nutty toffee are pronounced on both the nose and palate. These sweet flavors are beautifully complemented by underlying notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and dark chocolate. The spicy finish displays lingering notes of pepper and oak resin.

This expression of Aberlour 12 Year Old has been bottled omitting modern chill-filtering, allowing the whisky to retain the full flavor of the malt. A rich, fruit-forward nose of strawberry, plum, vanilla, oak and baking spice leads to a rich, full-bodied palate with bright sherry notes balanced by chocolate, toffee, cinnamon and raisin. The finish is long and slightly spicy with hints of sweetness.

Aberlour 16 Year has rich herbal aromas combined with hints of sweet raisin and almond. Warm and spicy on the finish, gentle notes of candied fruit and mint linger until your next sip.

(96-100) Points - Wine Enthusiast

Aberlour a'bunadh is matured in Spanish oak Oloroso Sherry casks, the rarest and most precious casks used for maturation. Bottled at cask strength, a'bunadh has slightly smoky aromas laced with red apples. Since it is bottled without the use of chill-filtering methods, a richer mouthfeel and flavor complexity is achieved. Buttery and creamy on the palate, intense fruit flavors blend beautifully with chocolate and orange notes. The warming finish is slightly peaty with hints of honey and spice.

Hailing from Bangalore, India, this interesting whisky offers a bright, enticing nose of grain and citrus fruit complemented by lighter notes of malt, maple syrup and honey. The palate opens with flavors of oak, vanilla and dark chocolate, followed by honeyed grain and a hint of tangerine that lingers through the dry finish.

Angel's Envy Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Ardbeg 10 Year Old Single Malt Islay Scotch Whisky Ardmore Traditional Cask Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky

93 Points - Malt Advocate

Distilled from Kentucky-grown grains, Angel's Envy Bourbon is aged for four to six years in American white oak barrels, then finished for three to six additional months in hand-selected port casks. The result is a rich, smooth and well-rounded bourbon with layers of ripe cherry, raisin, toffee, cinnamon and vanilla complemented by hints of dark chocolate and espresso on the finish.

Ardbeg is known for its intensely peaty and smoky style. Their 10 Year Old is not chill filtered, allowing for greater complexity.

Ardmore is an unusual malt through and through. The distillery is currently the only Highland producer using a fully peated standard malt, which lends a character unexpected from whiskies of this region. They utilize labor-intensive Oregon pine fermentation vessels, which impart depth to the final spirit. Finally, after maturation in standard oak casks, it undergoes a second aging in much smaller quarter casks; these were common a century ago, but have largely faded into history. This all results in a distinctive whisky of delightful complexity. The nose is dry, smoky, earthy, and malty, with just a hint of berry fruit. The palate, however, displays rich peat, toffee, cedar, candied orange, and spice. The addition of a splash of cold water enhances the aromatics and flavor.
