Golden yellow in color, Amrut "Fusion" Single Malt Whisky offers rich, bold aromas of fruit, citrus, spice and a hint of peat. The complex, full flavored palate offers notes of oaky vanilla, molasses, dried fruit, coffee, dark chocolate and subtle notes of sherry trifle. Hint of sweet spice and marmalade lingers through the long finish.

The base wine for Atsby "Armadillo Cake" Reserve New York Vermouth is steel-tank fermented chardonnay from the North Fork of Long Island. Over 32 of the finest esoteric roots, spices, herbs, flowers, seeds, and pods are cold steeped in the wine for 21 days. Batches are hand stirred every day until the flavors are perfectly infused, and then it's carefully filtered and added with locally spun Indian Muscovado caramel along with craft apple brandy from the Finger Lakes region of New York. The newly fortified, aromatized wine is then left to meld and mature in steel barrels for over two years before bottling. The resulting vermouth is luscious with silky mouth-feel, offering interlaced notes of cinnamon, cardamom, orange peel and vanilla on the nose and palate. Enjoy it chilled neat or on the rocks with a twist of orange, or use as a base in your favorite classic or modern cocktail.

Deep orange in color, Bols Pumpkin Spice Liqueur is the perfect ingredient for cocktails and dessert during the fall season. Bols Pumpkin Spice Liqueur combines rich pumpkin flavor with notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, and brown sugar. Enjoy it with the festive Pumpkin Martini or a punch.

This Compass Box "The Lost Blend" Limited Release Blended Scotch Whisky is a homage to their own ‘lost blend’ Eleuthera, their first ever single malt blend that they had to retire in 2004. It is also inspired by a short story written by O. Henry in 1907 “The Lost Blend” about life in a New York bar featuring two business partners who try to recreate a blend of spirits with close to supernatural properties. The new limited edition is an elegantly complex union of two fruity Highland single malts and a peaty Islay single malt. An ethereal fruit and herbal character with a sweetness on the palate that is buttressed by an underlying smokiness.

Handcrafted from the finest quality rye, aged to perfection in their signature oak barrels and bottled at a whopping 56.6% ABV (113.2 Proof), Dark Horse Distillery "Reunion" Barrel Strength Rye Whiskey opens with rich aromas of clove, cinnamon and caramels, giving way to the warmth of smoke, sweet spices, raisin, citrus and butterscotch in the mid-palate, complemented by hints of toasted oak, rye bread and ginger on the long, spicy finish.

Dupeuble Beaujolais Nouveau, created by the legendary Damien Dupeuble, is an exceptional Gamay produced using traditional winemaking methods developed centuries ago. After the grapes are hand-harvested at optimal ripeness, they are fermented using natural yeast. Every bottle boasts impeccable balance and luscious aromatics while maintaining the fun, casual, and fruit-forward character that makes Beaujolais Nouveau unique.

Crafted from 70% corn, 30% lightly peated, crisp UK malt and natural spring water, Eigashima Shuzo "Akashi" White Oak Aged Japanese Whisky is distilled in their custom built lantern shaped copper pot still and aged in mostly ex-bourbon barrels and finished in sherry casks. The resulting spirit is soft and approachable with aromas of black cherry and vanilla with subtle undertones of malt, oak and roasted nuts.

Based on an array of barrel samples, Four Roses "DrinkUpNY Single Barrel" is the result of the DrinkUpNY buyer's tasting and careful selection. Created from the OBSF recipe, the nose offers inviting aromas of sweet spice and dried fruit, while the smooth, mellow palate displays vanilla, caramel and oak. The barrel number is handwritten on the label and the side of the bottle is adorned with with a custom-made DrinkUpNY label.

A very limited release, High West "A Midwinter Nights Dram" Blended Rye Whiskey starts with their Rendezvous Rye, which is then finished in port and French oak barrels. Named after Shakespeare’s "A Midsummer Nights Dream", this whiskey opens with bold notes of vanilla, caramel and cinnamon with underlying aromas of plum and crème anglaise, followed by subtle notes of dried fruit and mulling spices on the long, structured finish. Enjoy it neat.

Picked from amongst the stock of the High West storehouse, this masterfully crafted spirit is aged in 5+ year old ex-bourbon barrel and bottled at a whopping 50% ABV, offering bold and complex notes of spice, mint, caramel, clove, cinnamon, dark chocolate and oak.

Kas Spirits "Krupnikas" Spiced Honey Liqueur Laphroaig Select Single Islay Malt Scotch Whisky Lillet Reserve French Aperitif Wine

Krupnikas is a sweet alcoholic drink that is popular in Lithuania as well as Poland, where it is known as "Krupnik". Legend has it in the 1500's, Benedictine monks created Krupnikas with honey and warm spices, that quickly became the drink of choice in the Polish and Lithuanian communities. Though the Soviets shut down production for many years, krupnikas lived on through closely guarded family recipes, which have been passed down though the generations. At this time, Kas Spirits is the only New York producer of Krupnikas. It is hand-crafted with New York honey and spices such as vanilla, cinnamon, cardamom, caraway seeds, cloves, and saffron.

Blended from carefully selected casks from their different styles i.e. Quarter Cask, PX Cask, Triple Wood and 10 Year Old, the heart of the spirit is drawn from a final maturation in new American Oak casks, rarely used for Scotch whisky maturation. The last six months of the maturation takes place in the highest, warmest reaches of their warehouses during the Scottish summer. The resulting spirit is full-bodied with sparkling gold in color, offering subtle blend of peat, oak and sherry sweetness with notes of smoke and spice on the long, dry finish.

Orange-gold in color, the base wine of Lillet Reserve is single-vineyard and single-vintage Sauternes. The wine is then married with artisanal liqueurs crafted from sweet orange peels from Spain and bitter orange peels from Haiti, and a proprietary blend of fruit liqueurs sourced near and produced in Masion Lillet's distillery in Podensac. A small amount of Peruvian quinine is then added to the final blend and it's aged for 12 months in small French oak barrels. The result is a floral, fruit-forward aperitif with notes of peach, passion fruit, melon and honey, complemented by the traditional sweet and bitter citrus notes. Pairs well will fruit dishes, foie gras and chocolate deserts.

Lioco Hirsch Vineyard Pinot Noir is created from hard-harvested and sorted grapes, where all clones were fermented separately in open-top tanks using wild yeasts for 21 days and aged for 16 months in 20% new oak. The resulting wine displays inviting aromas of sour cherry, cedar bark, cardamom pods and dried herbs. The rich, fruit-forward palate, merges with hints of black raspberry, pomegranate, orange zest on the finish. This elegant wine is perfect on its on or with food. Pair it with shaved kale salad, creamy sesame dressing, fried shiitakes, roasted leg of lamb, pumpkin seed vinaigrette & mashed potatoes, toasted cashews.

Similar to pastis and arak, Ouzo is an anis-flavored traditional aperitif produced in Greece. Great as an aperitif or accompaniment to regional cuisine, especially seafood appetizers, Loukatos Ouzo offers bold aromas of anise with subtle, delicate notes of mastic. Enjoy it neat, on the rocks, or with cold water.

Created from 100% Monastrell and aged for 6 months in French oak barrels, Macho Man Monastrell "MMM" Jumilla opens with aromas of cherry, plum and mineral notes. The palate is elegant and velvety with notes of ripe red fruit, plums, balsamic and roasted chocolate. Soft, round tannins and balanced acidity leads to a long finish with toasty notes of cocoa and tar. Pair this wine with small game, mushroom risotto and fresh cheese.

Maison Gelas 50 Year Old Bas Armagnac Maison Gelas Bas Armagnac Vintage 1984 Manhattan Moonshine Prohibition-Style Whiskey

Mahogany gold in color, Maison Gelas 50 Year Old Bas Armagnac is created from 100% Baco blanc and aged for 50 years in French oak casks. The resulting spirit exhibits balanced notes of dried plums, muscat grapes, and sandalwood that linger through the interminable finish. Extremely limited availability.

Maison Gelas Bas Armagnac Vintage 1984 is aged for thirty years and crafted primarily from ugni blanc and folle blanche with a dash of baco blanc, imparting this fine spirit with a mahogany hue color tending to brownish-red, a supple texture, and notes of cinnamon, saffron, tobacco, licorice, bitter orange and toasted hazelnut.

To create the Manhattan Moonshine "Prohibition-Style" Whiskey, the process starts with a blend of locally grown New York grains that is primarily made up of oats, for their honey and baking-spice flavor, and rye, for its warm vanilla and spicy notes. To preserve the delicious, natural grain flavors and subtle aromatics of the Whiskey, it is distilled in small batches in a handmade Christian Carl pot still with only one activated plate. Finally, once Manhattan Moonshine has been distilled, it is immediately bottled without any additives, chill-filtering or blending so as not to alter the natural flavor that were carefully crafted. It is delicious on its own, but makes an excellent cocktail ingredient as well.
