Aged in caratelli for 10 years, Avignonesi "Occhio di Pernice" is a rich, viscous and intensely sweet Prugnolo Gentile which shows remarkable power and density. A pronounced nose of dried fruit, roasted chestnut, brown sugar, sweet fig and espresso elegantly merge with mocha, licorice, leather, vanilla and caramel on the graceful, full-bodied palate. Bodegas Volver "Tarima Hill" Monastrell is an excellent value red offering a lively bouquet of ripe cherry, blackberry, raisin and pipe tobacco, accented by a light floral note. The intense, full-bodied palate shows concentrated layers of red berry, dark chocolate, dried herbs, leather and spice, complemented by fine-grained tannins and balanced acidity. Enjoy through 2022.
The second reproduction of the original Shackleton whisky, Charles Mackinlay's "The Journey" is a more elegant and refined interpretation of the first release. This exceptional whisky is composed of Speyside, Highland and Jura malts which vary in age from eight to thirty years old. After being masterfully blended and then married in the finest sherry butts, the whisky offers delicate notes of crushed apple, pear and fresh pineapple complemented by smoke, vanilla, caramel, nutmeg and oak. The bottle and packaging have also been recreated down to the last detail - bubbles in the glass make each bottle unique, while the labels incorporate hand-lettering and labeling techniques from the early 20th century.

Compass Box "Flaming Heart" is a highly anticipated limited edition whisky released only once every few years. This fourth release of Flaming Heart combines a heavily-peated Islay single malt, a blend of Highland single malt whiskies, and a small portion of whiskies aged in sherry casks, providing added layers of richness and complexity. The resulting spirit displays rich, concentrated notes of honey, citrus fruit, fresh cream, spice and smoke, balanced by a distinctive maritime character. Hints of ripe red fruit appear on the lasting finish.
The Dalmore Constellation Collection Vintage 1969 Cask 14 is an exceptional forty two year old whisky which has been matured in American white oak for thirty six years, then transferred to a thirty year old Matusalem Oloroso Sherry butt for four years, before being finished for two years in an ex-bourbon barrel. The resulting spirit boasts inviting aromas of black toffee, candied orange, bitter chocolate and Jamaica pepper, followed by notes of Oolong tea, fig, raisin, creamy caramel and ripe mango. The palate displays rich notes of banana fig cake, poached fruit, almond, cinnamon and pecan pie, while hints of toasted pistachios, peach syrup, fudge and pineapple emerge on the lasting finish. Only 233 bottles released.
Matured in a distillery run Kentucky bourbon barrel for forty years, The Dalmore Constellation Collection Vintage 1971 Cask 2 is an extraordinary spirit, offering complex aromas of ripe blood oranges, cinnamon spice and cider apple, accentuated by tangy lime marmalade, buttermilk pancakes and honey. The palate displays bold notes of toffee apple, chocolate fudge and pear with hints of cocoa, nutmeg and ripe banana lingering through the finish. Only 224 bottles released.

The Dalmore Constellation Collection Vintage 1973 Cask 10 has been matured in American white oak for thirty two years, then transferred into a French oak, Cabernet Sauvignon cask for three years, before being finished for three years in a small batch Kentucky bourbon barrel. A complex nose of apple blossom, forest fruit, blackcurrants, plum and creme brulee, leads to notes of ripe grape, citrus peel, raisin and spicy marzipan on the palate. Hints of cranberry, black cherry and Muscatel emerge on the long finish. Only 223 bottles released.
Matured in American white oak for twenty nine years and finished for four years in a Matusalem Oloroso Sherry butt, The Dalmore Constellation Collection Vintage 1978 Cask 1 boasts bold aromas of baked apple, caramelized pear, apricot, plum and clementine, accented by hints of creamy vanilla, dried fig, milk chocolate, orange peel, pineapple and coconut. The palate opens with rich lemon cake, persimmon, almond and date, followed by notes of pear, peach and mango on the finish. Only 778 bottles released.
Matured in an Apostoles Oloroso Sherry butt for twenty six years and finished for two years in a distillery run Kentucky bourbon barrel, The Dalmore Constellation Collection Vintage 1983 Cask 2 is a remarkably complex whisky with incredible character. Rich aromas of fresh ground Java coffee, praline chocolate, creme brulee and crushed almond lead to notes of glazed black cherry, patchouli oil, sweet raisin, cider apple and creamy caramel. The palate boasts distinctive notes of candied orange, ripe apricot, maraschino cherry and pear, followed by nutmeg, espresso, treacle cake and balsamic dressing. Hints of roasted chestnut, date and banana cake emerge on the lingering finish. Only 43 bottles released.

The Dalmore Constellation Collection Vintage 1989 Cask 6 was matured in a freshly emptied bourbon barrel for seventeen years, then transferred to a Matusalem Oloroso Sherry butt where it aged for an additional five years. The resulting spirit boasts bold aromas of marzipan, spicy cinnamon and fruit tart, complemented by hints of fresh rye bread, lime marmalade and vanilla pod. The palate opens with notes of ripe pineapple, melon, peach syrup and fig which are enhanced by whispers of fresh ground coffee, balsamic vinaigrette and orange peel. A touch of molasses lingers through the finish. Only 327 bottles released.
Matured in American white oak for nineteen years and finished in a Matusalem Oloroso Sherry butt for two years, The Dalmore Constellation Collection Vintage 1990 Cask 18 displays complex aromas of bergamot, gooseberry, honeyed pear, apple tart and fresh linen, complemented by vanilla pod, peach syrup, sandalwood, ginger and crepe suzette. Notes of sweet mango, panna cotta, cherry and banana emerge on the palate and are accented by hints of lemon cake and tropical fruit. The Dalmore Constellation Collection Vintage 1991 Cask 27 has been matured in an American white oak Kentucky bourbon barrel for seventeen years and finished for three years in an Amoroso Oloroso Sherry butt. The resulting spirit boasts inviting aromas of roasted hazelnut, rich Colombian coffee, fresh date and Cuban Cigar, followed by a wave of hot mulled wine, damson plum, dark chocolate, sweet raisin and black toffee. Notes of Muscovado and Demerara sugar, crushed almond and ripe pineapple appear on the palate and merge with hints of coconut, maple syrup, tangerine and licorice on the finish. Matured in an American white oak, first fill Kentucky bourbon barrel for ten years and then a European oak port pipe for nine years, The Dalmore Constellation Collection Vintage 1992 Cask 18 displays bold aromas of ripe plum, citrus fruit and marzipan, complemented by subtle notes of ginger spice, mango and fresh grape. Notes of sweet pear, marmalade, bitter chocolate and crushed almond on the palate merge with a light touch of vanilla on the lingering finish. Only 737 bottles released.
Matured for thirty four months in French Sauternes barrels, DeLeon "Leona" Tequila Reserva is the crown jewel of the DeLeon portfolio. On par with the finest cognacs and rare scotches, Leona is a powerful, intense spirit offering complex notes of dried fruit, caramel, honey, citrus, vanilla and oak, supported by rich flavors of mature agave. Leona is presented in a limited edition black box and accompanied by a striking python flask.

Diplomatico "Ambassador Selection" is a truly memorable rum which was matured in oak for up to twelve years, then transferred to Pedro Ximenez sherry casks, where it spent another two years. Enticing aromas of dried and candied fruit combine with powerful notes of vanilla, spice and sugarcane, accented by a delicate touch of smoke. Complex notes of dark chocolate, coffee, cinnamon and baked apple appear on the palate and merge with rich flavors of vanilla, honey and oak. A hint of fine tobacco lingers through the finish.
