Creme Yvette, once a popular cocktail ingredient, has finally been reintroduced to the public after 40 years! This revivial of Creme Yvette is composed of dried violet petals from Provence, and a berry maceration (a mix of blackberries, red raspberries, wild strawberries, and cassis) sourced from Burgundy. A spice blend of honey, orange peel and vanilla were then added to complete the flavor profile.

Ilegal Mezcal Reposado is aged from four to five months in medium charred new oak barrels. On both the nose and palate, enticing notes of smoke, agave, and green apple are complemented by hints of mesquite and oak.
