Baron Knyphausen Baron K Riesling Kabinett Carl Loewen Detzemer Riesling Spatlese Feinherb Cave Spring Riesling

“Baron K” displays bright pear, apple, peach and lemon aromas, with a pleasant mineral element on the palate. This is a slightly sweet, medium-bodied and deliciously balanced wine.

Carl Loewen is renowned for producing excellent wines for astoundingly good prices. They are made in a chalky, minerally style, similar to Blanc de Blancs Champagne.

Grown on limestone-rich soils, Cave Spring is an off-dry Riesling that could easily be mistaken for German. Delightful peach, melon, pear, and mineral characteristics make this a surprising find and an excellent value.

Charles Smith Kung Fu Girl Riesling Chono Riesling Domaine Mittnacht Freres Riesling

On the nose, Kung Fu Girl is bursting with Asian pear, white peach and spring flowers. Apricot, pear, lime, and a pleasant minerality keep this off-dry wine at the perfect level of subtle sweetness.  This is a great wine for a summer picnic.

This dry Riesling abounds with layered notes of grapefruit, lemon, tangerine, pineapple, and passion fruit. Chono Riesling is a refreshing pairing with Thai and Indian cuisine.

An elegantly complex wine, the Mittnacht Riesling has peppery and floral notes on the nose, in particular hyacinth and chrysanthemum, both typical of marly soil. Dry in style, this Riesling is well-structured, with ripe acidity.

This Riesling displays delicate stone fruit aromas, with a hint of apple blossom and lychee. The palate is balanced, with a zesty acidic structure.

Donnhoff Kreuznacher Krotenpfuhl Riesling Spatlese, produced by one of the Nahe's finest winemakers, is a spectacular example of the region's character. Bright acidity balances opulent flavors of apricot, mango, white currant, spice, and loam, while a subtle smokiness lends a savory note.

This Finger Lakes Riesling shows excellent acidity and bright flavors of honeysuckle, pear, and apple. Enjoy chilled before a meal or paired with poultry and fish.
