This wine shows opulent, tropical and ripe pear flavours on the nose. The palate displays richness and complexity with unique herbaceous undertones, typical to the vineyards growing high on the mountain slopes.
|
Bukettraube is a highly unusual grape believed to have originated in Germany. However, this oddball grape has started to make some truly lovely South African wines in recent years, and Cederburg Bukettraube is a delicious example of this trend. This white boasts aromas of peach, apricot, and honeysuckle. The palate is pleasantly off-dry, displaying mouthwatering flavors of stone fruit, pear, honey and cinnamon. For fans of Muscat, this is an exciting alternative.
|
This remarkable Chardonnay boasts intense notes of pineapple, melon, lime, and vanilla on both the nose and palate. The lingering finish displays soft notes of grapefruit, honey, and ginger. Well-balanced with crisp acidity, this refreshing white will pair well with light pasta dishes and seafood.

A pale straw color, this light to medium-bodied white is crisp and fruit-forward with vibrant acidity and a pleasant length. Enjoy with oysters, scallops, and goat cheese.
|
87 Points, Best Buy - Wine Enthusiast "Like the
country in which it's made, the Fairvalley Cabernet is a combination of
refined and rustic, spicy and subdued. There's an earthy, indigenous
element here, with its wave of plucky smoke and spice and beefy
tannins, but the wine also has poise and a clean mineral touch. A
distinctive wine at a very nice price."

Graham Beck Chardonnay - Viognier displays the best of both grapes. In order to allow the winemaker greater control, the two grapes are fermented separately with a small percentage of the Chardonnay in oak. The result is ripe and full-bodied, displaying the rich, tropical side of Chard with Viognier's bright stone fruit and floral notes.

Named for the 3,700 acre game reserve established by the winemaker, Graham Beck's Game Reserve is a complex Cabernet Sauvignon with black berry fruit, baking spice, and minerality to spare. Starting with fermentation in second-fill French and American oak casks, this wine gains complexity and fullness from in-barrel malolactic fermentation and an additional nine months' maturation. Enjoy with rich beef, lamb, and venison dishes, or with assertive cheeses.
|
This crisp and refreshing white displays restrained yet inviting aromas of pineapple, kiwi, melon, banana, peach and honey. The palate is bright and refreshing with lengthy flavors of tropical melon, citrus and butter, while the finish introduces a hint of spice.
|
This
Sauvignon Blanc is a bright, crisp white that pairs perfectly with
crab, grilled vegetables, and citrus-glazed seafood. Refreshing
gooseberry, citrus, and tropical fruit flavors are backed by a tangy
acidity, while notes of bell pepper and fresh grass appear on the
finish.
