De Morgenzon DMZ Chardonnay Excelsior Sauvignon Blanc Indaba Chenin Blanc

This remarkable Chardonnay boasts intense notes of pineapple, melon, lime, and vanilla on both the nose and palate. The lingering finish displays soft notes of grapefruit, honey, and ginger. Well-balanced with crisp acidity, this refreshing white will pair well with light pasta dishes and seafood.

Excelsior Sauvignon Blanc is crafted from hand harvested grapes for greater quality control. About 35% of the grapes are harvested very early at low sugar levels to bring prominent grassy aromas and freshness to the final blend. The wine was then cold fermented for 15 days at 12-15 degree Celsius and kept in contact with lees for three months to achieve greater fullness to the final wine, offering complex notes of passion fruit, grapefruit and ripe fig on the nose followed by a fruit forward palate with balanced acidity.

This crisp and refreshing white displays restrained yet inviting aromas of pineapple, kiwi, melon, banana, peach and honey. The palate is bright and refreshing with lengthy flavors of tropical melon, citrus and butter, while the finish introduces a hint of spice.

Indaba Sauvignon Blanc Joostenberg Family Blend White Ken Forrester Old Vine Reserve Chenin Blanc

This Sauvignon Blanc is a bright, crisp white that pairs perfectly with crab, grilled vegetables, and citrus-glazed seafood. Refreshing gooseberry, citrus, and tropical fruit flavors are backed by a tangy acidity, while notes of bell pepper and fresh grass appear on the finish.

Composed of 84% Chenin Blanc, 12% Viognier and 4% Roussanne, this fresh, medium-bodied white offers rich notes of crisp apple and honey blossom complemented by a subtle minerality.

Matured in French oak for ten months, Ken Forrester Old Vine Reserve Chenin Blanc is soft, complex and surprisingly full bodied. A nose of melon, baked apple and spice leads to a mineral-laden palate enhanced by honeycomb and caramel flavors from lees contact.

Vinified from Cabernet Sauvignon, this rose is vibrant and ripe with layered aromas of strawberry, red cherry, and raspberry with a hint of rose petal. The palate is similarly fruit-forward with flavors of strawberry, pomegranate, and passion fruit.

Nederburg Winemaster's Reserve Shiraz is the product of a winemaking tradition dating back to 1791. Rich and velvety in texture, and with excellent tannic structure, this red is ripe with plum, black berry, and spicy oak aromas and flavors.

Rupert & Rothschild Vignerons "Classique" is an engaging blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, enhanced by small quantities of Shiraz, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc and Pinotage. Both the nose and palate offer vibrant flavors of berry, plum, licorice, cassis and white pepper, while a sixteen month oak maturation lends hints of cedar and spice to the balanced finish.

Matured in French Oak for 14 months, this bold, assertive Bordeaux blend has an appealing nose of plum, mocha and pepper. On the palate the flavors of mint, berry and spice are full and lingering, and the tannins are firm but elegant.

Warwick Estate "The First Lady" is a vibrant, fruit-forward Cabernet Sauvignon with brambly blackberry and raspberry fruit on the nose, accented by hints of dried herbs, sweet vanilla and tobacco. The medium-bodied palate offers dusty tannins, ripe black fruit and a smooth, harmonious finish with a savory edge.
