A to Z "Night & Day" is a medium bodied blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Sangiovese, Grenache and Cabernet Franc. Aromas of mixed berries and plums deepen and gain complexity with notes of graphite, spice, tobacco and oak. The palate offers generous fruit flavors supported by a strong, ripe tannic structure and balanced acidity. A bold mineral note appears on the finish and is complemented by a hint of dark cocoa.
Clear and vibrant, this wine has a beautiful dark color and aromas of mixed berries, earth, smoke, violets, Asian spices and minerals. In the mouth, the wine mirrors the aromatics with a succulent texture and good acidity.

Inspired by the classic old-world style of aperitif wines, Imbue Bittersweet Vermouth begins with fine Oregon Pinot Gris which is aged for several months in American and French oak barrels. It is then macerated with an array of botanicals and finished with a touch of artisan Oregon brandy. A beautiful balance of aroma and flavor, Imbue looks to the classic blanc vermouths for sweetness, but rounds out the palate with a backbone of bitterness.
Imbue "Petal & Thorn" Vermouth begins with fine Oregon Pinot Gris, which is macerated with dried botanicals and Oregon-grown beets, then finished with a touch of locally-distilled brandy from Portland's Clear Creek Distillery. An elegant nose of chamomile and zesty orange peel leads to notes of pine, orange and cinnamon on the palate. A broad, silky texture and pleasing sweetness lend weight to the mouth feel, before ultimately giving way to the assertive Amaro-inspired, bitter finish.
This medium-bodied Pinot Noir displays new world flavors of smoke, red cherry and raspberry, but shows old world restraint. Smooth and elegant, it pairs well with salmon, cheese, and roasted or grilled meats.

90 Points - International Wine Cellar Aged in oak for 20 months, Montinore Estate Reserve Pinot Noir boasts vibrant, complex aromas of red berries, cedar, cinnamon, vanilla and sandalwood. On the palate, it opens to ripe cherry, raspberry and mocha accents supported by a medium body and full, fine grained tannins.
Old Parcel Block #7 sources Pinot Noir grapes from environmentally-friendly vineyards throughout Oregon to create wines of true expression and flavor. Whenever possible, they source from old vines that naturally produce grapes of greater concentration and complexity. The result is a full, fruit forward red with vibrant notes of cherry and blackberry, backed by notes of earth, minerals and dried herbs. Hints of leather and spice appear on the long, complex finish.
The founders of the Eyrie Vineyards believe that being in tune with the earth and using a nature-friendly winemaking process produces the best tasting wine. Their Pinot Noir is a light red with an aromas of redcurrant, pomegranate, botanical herbs and dried flowers.
