Atsby Amberthorn New York Vermouth Atsby Armadillo Cake New York Vermouth Bouquet Dessert Wine

Atsby "Amberthorn" Vermouth is created by infusing Long Island Chardonnay with a wide array of herbs, roots, and spices such as Chinese anise, French lavender, basil, wild celery and grapefruit peel, then blending the wine with small-batch apple brandy and a touch of raw summer honey. The result is fresh, vibrant and highly aromatic, with an intense herbal palate accented by elegant floral and citrus notes. Pleasantly tart acidity is rounded out by the dry, complex finish.

Atsby "Armadillo Cake" Vermouth is created by infusing Long Island Chardonnay with a blend of herbs, roots, barks and spices, including cardamom, quassia, wild celery, orange peel, Japanese shitake and nigella. The wine is then blended with small-batch apple brandy and dark caramel, hand-spun from Indian Muscovado. The result is rich, earthy and delightfully bittersweet, with intricate notes of berry, dried herbs, citrus and spice which linger through the finish.

Hailing from Long Island, this exquisite fortified wine is a blend of Gewurztraminer and Chardonnay. Light gold in appearance, Bouquet boasts vibrant aromas of orange, ginger, passionfruit, and lychee. Mirrored on the palate, these vivid fruit flavors complement the wine's crisp acidity and light body. This is an excellent pairing for biscotti, madelines, and petit fours.

This Finger Lakes Riesling shows excellent acidity and bright flavors of honeysuckle, pear, and apple. Enjoy chilled before a meal or paired with poultry and fish.

Composed of 84% Cabernet Franc and 16% Merlot, this medium bodied red aged for 14 months in French oak barrels. Notes of black cherry, plum and rich earth dominate the nose and palate, while soft notes of vanilla and sweet spice emerge on the finish.

Festival Red is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot. Ripe cherry aromas complement flavors of cranberry and blackcurrant.

An old-world Bordeaux-style red blend, Raphael "La Fontana" offers intense notes of ripe cassis, black cherry and plum, balanced by hints of chocolate, tobacco, eucalyptus and oak.
