A R Lenoble Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Millesime Agrapart et Fils Blanc de Blancs 7 Crus Brut NV Albert Seltz Sylvaner De Mittelbergheim

95 Points - Wine Spectator
This Blanc de Blancs is 100% Chardonnay, the intense and concentrated expression of an excellent year. Aromas of vanilla and spices add mellowness and warmth, which are echoed on the palate with flavors of brioche and toast, along with peach and mineral.

88 Points - International Wine Cellar
Agrapart & Fils' Blanc de Blancs 7 Crus is blended from the 2001 and 2002 harvests. The resulting wine is a pale gold, with aromas of apple, pear and honey underscored by a pleasant minerality; a medium body carries ripe apple and citrus flavors which are carried through the long finish.

88 Points - Wine & Spirits
Broad and waxy, this white is more about texture than fruit. Hints at almond and peach, with a smooth mouthfeel.

Alsace Willm Gewurztraminer Bruno Paillard Premiere Cuvee Brut Rose Catherine and Pierre Breton Trinch Bourgueil

An excellent value, this Gewurztraminer is flavorful and medium-bodied with enough acidic backbone to keep it balanced.

Bruno Paillard Premiere Cuvee Brut Rose is made primarily from first-press Pinot Noir with a small percentage of Chardonnay for an added dimension. Subtle aromatics of ripe apple, vanilla, toast, and rose petal introduce a lingering and complex palate with mouthwatering acidity, lush mousse, and intriguing flavors of tart cherry, strawberry, grapefruit, and ginger.

90 Points - Wine Spectator
This organically produced Cabernet Franc is wonderfully concentrated with a fruit-forward palate of black currant, strawberry, cherry and raspberry. A vibrant acidic structure makes this an excellent food wine.

Cavalier Blanc de Blancs Brut Sparkling Wine Cave Les Vignobles Montagnac Picpoul de Pinet Chateau Bel Air Cotes du Bourg

Fun, fruit-forward, and surprisingly affordable, Cavalier Blanc de Blancs Brut Sparkling Wine makes a great aperitif and mixes well in Mimosas.

Picpoul translates to "lip stinger," in reference to its high acidity. This white is beautifully balanced, flavorful, and incredibly refreshing, making a perfect companion for shellfish.

Composed of 70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, and 10% Malbec, Chateau Bel-Air Cotes du Bourg is a round, velvety red with luscious blackberry, blueberry and currant notes.

Chateau Belgrave Grand Cru Classe Haut Medoc Chateau de la Presle Touraine Sauvignon Blanc Chateau de Saint Cosme Gigondas

This medium-bodied Bordeaux mingles dark chocolate with concentrated plum and blackcurrant, which are well-supported by a firm tannic structure. Ready to drink, but suitable for several more years of aging.

Though it hails from Touraine, Chateau de la Presle is very New World in style. Reminiscent of an excellent New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, it has a zippy acidic structure and bright flavors of grapefruit, tropical fruit, green pepper, and fresh grass.

(90-92) Points - Wine Advocate
Chateau de Saint Cosme's Gigondas is engagingly complex and rich, and will only improve with several years of aging. Aromas of wildflower, plum and blackberry, and a full, satisfying palate of violets, pepper and dark fruit make this a particularly fine example of Rhone reds.
