Big House White is a blend of Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, Malvasia Bianco, Orange Muscat, Muscat Canelli and Marsanne. Crisp, fragrant and persistent, this white has lovely flavors of citrus, flowers and peach and makes an excellent companion for meals of salmon and roast chicken.

This fruit forward White Zinfandel displays fresh aromas and crisp flavors of strawberry, raspberry, and cherry. It is incredibly food friendly and will pair well with burgers, sandwiches, fruit salad, and more.

Deep cherry fruit hits both the nose and palate upon the first sip, followed by soft hints of summer anise. Touches of pipe tobacco and spicy oak lend weight to the finish, trailed by firm, assertive tannins.

This is Bonny Doon's self-proclaimed best dessert wine they've ever produced, and "possibly the best thing we have done, period, full stop." In 2007, Bonny Doon was favored with prodigious levels of botrytis on their Roussanne grapes, resulting in a rich, fragrant and honeyed wine with ethereal suggestions of quince and Asian pear.

Calistoga Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon is blended with just a touch of Petite Sirah and Merlot, lending an excellent depth. Rich layers of cherry, plum and chocolate are offset by the subtle herbaceous element lent by the Merlot component.

Cannonball Cabernet Sauvignon is a big, bold red ripe with black cherry, blackberry, black currant, chocolate, and oak aromas and flavors. A splash of Syrah is added to the final bottling, lending a subtle peppery kick on the finish.

This is a Bordeaux style blend composed of 55% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc, 7% Syrah, and 3% Petit Verdot. It has been matured for 18 months, spending time in both French and American Oak barrels. Fragrant aromas of black currant, cedar, spice and espresso complement rich flavors of licorice, mocha, black cherry and oak.

Composed of 88% Sauvignon Blanc, 4% Muscat, 3% Chardonnay, 3% Riesling, and 2% Chenin Blanc, this white blend is slightly sweet with crisp, refreshing acidity. Grassy and floral aromas lead to juicy flavors of apricot, grapefruit, and spiced orange. It is an excellent pairing for fruit, sushi, chicken or enchiladas.
