Cannonball Cabernet Sauvignon is a big, bold red ripe with black cherry, blackberry, black currant, chocolate, and oak aromas and flavors. A splash of Syrah is added to the final bottling, lending a subtle peppery kick on the finish.

This is a Bordeaux style blend composed of 55% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc, 7% Syrah, and 3% Petit Verdot. It has been matured for 18 months, spending time in both French and American Oak barrels.
