Composed of 70% Corvina Veronese, 25% Rondinella, and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, this aromatic Amarone displays bold notes of black cherry, plum, and fruit cake on the nose. Full bodied and rich on the palate, pronounced flavors of cherry, vanilla, and coffee lead to a lingering finish.

Les Terrasses is composed of 40% Carinena, 40% Garnacha, and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. This red displays aromas of ripe black fruit, with firm tannins balancing pronounced plum, black cherry and chocolate on the palate.

Atsby "Amberthorn" Vermouth is created by infusing Long Island Chardonnay with a wide array of herbs, roots, and spices such as Chinese anise, French lavender, basil, wild celery and grapefruit peel, then blending the wine with small-batch apple brandy and a touch of raw summer honey. The result is fresh, vibrant and highly aromatic, with an intense herbal palate accented by elegant floral and citrus notes. Pleasantly tart acidity is rounded out by the dry, complex finish.

Atsby Armadillo Cake New York Vermouth Atsby Armadillo Cake Reserve New York Vermouth Blandy's 15 Year Old Malmsey Madeira

Atsby "Armadillo Cake" Vermouth is created by infusing Long Island Chardonnay with a blend of herbs, roots, barks and spices, including cardamom, quassia, wild celery, orange peel, Japanese shitake and nigella. The wine is then blended with small-batch apple brandy and dark caramel, hand-spun from Indian Muscovado. The result is rich, earthy and delightfully bittersweet, with intricate notes of berry, dried herbs, citrus and spice which linger through the finish.

The base wine for Atsby "Armadillo Cake" Reserve New York Vermouth is steel-tank fermented chardonnay from the North Fork of Long Island. Over 32 of the finest esoteric roots, spices, herbs, flowers, seeds, and pods are cold steeped in the wine for 21 days. Batches are hand stirred every day until the flavors are perfectly infused, and then it's carefully filtered and added with locally spun Indian Muscovado caramel along with craft apple brandy from the Finger Lakes region of New York. The newly fortified, aromatized wine is then left to meld and mature in steel barrels for over two years before bottling. The resulting vermouth is luscious with silky mouth-feel, offering interlaced notes of cinnamon, cardamom, orange peel and vanilla on the nose and palate. Enjoy it chilled neat or on the rocks with a twist of orange, or use as a base in your favorite classic or modern cocktail.

Blandy's 15 Year Old Malmsey is sweet, full bodied and complex, with earthy notes of dried fruit, toffee, vanilla, and oak on the nose and palate. The lingering finish displays hints of roasted nuts and dark chocolate. It is an excellent accompaniment to cakes, fruit, chocolate pudding, and rich cheeses.

Perfectly balanced notes of peach, lemon, honey and tropical fruit appear on the palate, and merge with a delicate mineral note on the long finish.

The Gigondas of Domaine Raspail-Ay is an artful blend of 80% Grenache, 15% Syrah and 5% Mourvedre that is ripe, generous, and rich on the palate. The wine offers mouthful of ripe, dark fruits black cherries, cassis and raspberries with notes of licorice and black pepper on the back palate. The tannins are ripe and supple, mellowed by 20 months or more in large, ancient oak foudres. In addition, the wine is aged for several months in old demi-muids in the ground-level storage rooms (chais). The resulting wine is complex with ripe, dark fruit aromas, juicy acidity accompanied by a supple, rich texture with long, attractively perfumed finish.
