Alain et Isabelle Hasard, a biodynamic and decidedly artisinal winery, is known for its exceptionally elegant Pinot Noir. This is one of the few remaining wineries that does absolutely everything by hand, from hand-harvesting, to utilizing a manual grape press, to labor-intensive manual bottling. Blended from 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Gamay, Les Champs de l'Abbaye Bourgogne Passetoutgrain is a stunning (yet well-priced) example of this winery's craft. Showcasing the Cotes du Couchois terroir, including its chalk, flint, and oceanic fossil-rich soil, this is an earthy and nuanced red sure to excite even the most experienced Burgundy lover.
L'Ame undergoes malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels, enhancing and deepening this Malbec's concentrated, jammy profile of plum, raspberry, blackberry, cherry, and blackcurrant.
Altos las Hormigas Vineyard Selection Reserva Malbec is an powerful, captivating red that is at once bold and layered. Hearty and just plain delicious, this wine is bottled without filtration to preserve every nuance of the rich plum, cherry, and complex spice notes.

Alvaro Palacios, part of the pioneering new generation of Spanish winemakers, was born into a winemaking family. He studied enology in Bordeaux at Chateau Petrus, and then acquired his first vineyard in 1990. Since, his wines have become critically praised and widely enjoyed. Carmins del Priorat is a blend of Carignan, Grenache, Cabernet, and Syrah; an exuberantly youthful wine, this is a red to enjoy with friends.
This youthful Montilla is reminiscent of honey in both aroma and texture, and displays additional flavors of raisin, caramel, and tangerine. Enjoy with pastries, pate, and assertive cheese.

Out of Stock. This item is expected to ship on or around October 4th. 96 Points - Wine Advocate
This is a deep, unctuous, and intense dessert wine made from a solera started in 1927, and is a striking value. Rich in color and flavor, this deep mahogany wine displays layered and complex chocolate, prune, caramel, walnut, and candied tangerine characteristics while maintaining impeccable balance.

This Vino Nobile is made up primarily of Prugnolo Gentile (Sangiovese) and has a silky palate, rich cherry fruit and a full body. This is a great alternative to more expensive Brunellos.
Alvada is an excellent value Madeira composed of Malmsey and Bual and aged for five years. The result is medium-bodied but richly flavorful with notes of fig, date, and roasted nuts. A delicate sweetness makes this an excellent after-dinner treat.

91 Points - Wine Spectator 91 Points - Wine Advocate
90 Points - International Wine Cellar This Malbec has enticing aromas of crushed blueberry and raspberry, with a juicy texture and well-integrated toast and mineral notes. You'll savor another burst of luscious fruit on the finish.

This ruby red wine is composed of 100% Tempranillo and has intense aromas of vanilla, spice, and mature fruit. Complex flavors of caramel, oak, raisins and tobacco complement the full, velvety palate. It pairs well with grilled and roasted meats, as well as strong fish and cured cheeses.
Bonal Gentiane-Quina is made by infusing gentian root, herbs from the Grande Chartreuse mountains, and cinchona (quinine), in a Mistelle base, producing a wine that is known for its complexity. It is traditionally enjoyed neat, on ice with a twist, or in many classic mixed drinks.
This is Bonny Doon's self-proclaimed best dessert wine they've ever produced, and "possibly the best thing we have done, period, full stop." In 2007, Bonny Doon was favored with prodigious levels of botrytis on their Roussanne grapes, resulting in a rich, fragrant and honeyed wine with ethereal suggestions of quince and Asian pear.
