Alessio Vermouth Chinato Alessio Vermouth di Torino Rosso Alvaro Palacios Camins del Priorat

Alessio Vermouth Chinato is a rare historic style of vermouth, created by infusing Cinchona bark and other aromatic plants like Grande and Petite Wormwood into their classic Vermouth di Torino base. The result is a vermouth that is excellent on it's own as well as lends amazing depth and complexity to any classic cocktail that calls for a sweet vermouth.

Crafted from a fine Piedmont wine as the base and infused with more than 25 pharmaceutical-grade herbs, roots and spices, Alessio Vermouth di Torino Rosso is based on a classic di Torino recipe from the late 19th century. This full-bodied wine is truly a "Vino di Lusso", to be thoroughly enjoyed on its own, offering a fresh, balanced and delightfully bittersweet taste, with intricate notes of berry, dried herbs, citrus and spice which linger through the finish.

Alvaro Palacios, part of the pioneering new generation of Spanish winemakers, was born into a winemaking family. He studied oenology in Bordeaux at Chateau Petrus, and then acquired his first vineyard in 1990. Since, his wines have become critically praised and widely enjoyed. Carmins del Priorat is a blend of Carignan, Grenache, Cabernet, and Syrah; an exuberantly youthful wine, this is a red to enjoy with friends.

This youthful Montilla is reminiscent of honey in both aroma and texture, and displays additional flavors of raisin, caramel, and tangerine. Enjoy with pastries, pate, and assertive cheese.

96 Points - Wine Advocate
This is a deep, unctuous, and intense dessert wine made from a solera started in 1927, and is a striking value. Rich in color and flavor, this deep mahogany wine displays layered and complex chocolate, prune, caramel, walnut, and candied tangerine characteristics while maintaining impeccable balance.

Made with organic, hand harvested and selected grapes from the Maipo Valley, Antiyal Kuyen is a blend of 57% Syrah, 28% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Carmenere and 2% Petit Verdot. The wine is aged for one year in French oak barrels, then bottled and aged for another six months in the cellar prior to release. The result is a bright, clean and polished wine offering aromas of cherry, plum, blackcurrant and tobacco. The palate is big and rich with notes of berry fruits, chocolate, licorice and a clear trace of minerality. Fine tannins and balanced acidity leads to a long, structured finish.
