Broglia "il Doge" Gavi Castello di Verduno Barbaresco Cocchi Vermouth di Torino

Pale yellow-green in color, Broglia "il Doge" Gavi is a dry, elegant wine offering notes of honey, flower, citrus, and elderflower first on the nose and then follow through onto the palate. This aromatic wine is an excellent accompaniment to grilled fish and fish soup.

The Barbaresco is composed of a wide selection of Nebbiolo grapes grown in several estate vineyards in the Barbaresco area. The nose is fresh and clean with aromas of ripe red fruits blended with vanilla and spice. On the palate, refreshing acidity and smooth tannins lead to a long finish.

To celebrate its 120th anniversary, the House of Cocchi has resumed production of its original recipe for Vermouth di Torino, first offered in 1891. The rich, vibrant flavor profile offers complex notes of cocoa, citrus fruit and rhubarb, backed by a balanced bitter undertone.

Cocchi Americano Cocchi Barolo Chinato Wine Cocchi Asti

Cocchi Americano Aperitif Wine is based on an all-natural recipe containing white wine, sugar, and alcohol-infused herbs and spices, including Artemisia flowers, gentian roots, and peels of bitter orange. It has long been a staple of Asti, and is now also an important ingredient in numerous cocktails.

A Piedmont classic, Cocchi Barolo Chinato is composed entirely of Nebbiolo and spiced with a secret blend of Chine Calissaja barks, rhubarb roots, ginger and valuable cardamon seeds, among other aromatic spices. After being refined in oak for one year, this exceptional wine offers a balanced, harmonious aroma and complex, bittersweet flavors.

Cocchi Asti is produced by Giulio Cocchi with the finest Moscato Bianco grapes from the Asti hills. The wine goes through a very slow fermentation process in stainless steel vats under a temperature controlled environment to achieve the very fine bubbles that are peculiar to this Asti's. Creamy and delicate to taste, Cocchi Asti is a clean, balanced, sweet sparkling wine with rich aroma and intense fruity taste of wisteria, acacia and honey. Enjoyed it as an aperitif, an afternoon refreshment, or as an accompaniment to Sunday brunch.
