Bruno Verdi Vigna Paradiso Sangue di Giuda Cabanon Augurio Oltrepo Pavese il Mosnel Franciacorta Brut NV

The Sangue Di Giuda is a red wine made from a blend of 65% Croatina, 20% Uva Rara and 15% Barbera, all harvested from the Paradiso vineyard. Aromas of fresh cherry and red currant lead to slightly sweet notes of wildberry and lilac on the palate. Hints of pine and cedar complement the lingering finish.

An unusual blend of organically grown varietals, Cabanon "Augurio" Oltrepo Pavese is composed mostly of croatina, which is complemented by the addition of barbera, pinot noir, syrah, cabernet and merlot. Floral, fruit-forward aromas are followed by a complex, medium-bodied palate brimming with black currant, anise, pepper and dried herbs. Lively acidity and round tannins are accented by a light mineral note on the finish.

Il Mosnel Brut is composed of 60% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Blanc, and 10% Pinot Noir and produced in the same method as Champagne. This Franciacorta is crisp, dry, refreshing and delicate with bright flavors and aromas of apple and pear.
