Cantina di Sorbara "Nicchia" Lambrusco is a lively sparkling red with a bright, fruit-forward nose and an elegant, medium-bodied palate. Subtly sweet notes of cherry, blackberry and plum are complemented by refreshing acidity and a clean, lingering finish.

A lively, off-dry red with light, delicate bubbles, Fiorini "Becco Rosso" Lambrusco is composed mostly of Grasparossa di Castelvetro, but softened by the addition of Lancellotta. Lovely notes of dark cherry, raspberry and plum are complemented by balanced acidity and a refreshing finish.

Lini 910 Metodo Classico Bianco Lini Corrigia Brut Metodo Classico Rosso Lini Labrusca Lambrusco Rosso

Created by our favorite Lambruso producer, this is Lini's homage to Champagne. Lini 910 is made from Chardonnay and Pinot Nero (Pinot Noir), and undergoes a secondary fermentation in bottle to create the Champagne-like bubbles. Spending 48 months on the lees before degorgement, this is a robust, satisfying sparkling wine with aromas and flavors of brioche, chestnut, apple, and spice.


Produced in the Po Valley, home of balsamic vinegar and Parmigiano Reggiano, Lini Corrigia Brut Rosso is the pinnacle of Lambrusco. Made in the same method as Champagne--utilizing a secondary, in-bottle fermentation to create the bubbles--from the Salamino grape, this is a luscious, decadent, and mouthwatering treat. When served chilled, it's a versatile food wine that pairs particularly well with regional specialties.

Lini "Labrusca" Lambrusco is a blend of 90% Lambrusco Salamino and 10% Ancelotta. This wine is vinified using the Charmat method and is kept near freezing in pressurized tanks until bottling. This red Lambrusco has pleasantly brisk bubbles and a fresh, ripe berry flavor. This would pair beautifully with lamb.
