Deep purple in color, it has lifted aromatics of Bing cherries and mulberries, flavors of blackberries with a touch of mocha, and a finish with soft, polished tannins. Although this wine will improve for 4 to 5 years, it can be enjoyed now.

With a deep and intense ruby color, this Cabernet shows powerful and complex aromas on the nose with cassis and olive notes complemented by smoky tones. On the palate vanilla flavors appear in combination with dry plum and spices.

Arnold Palmer Cabernet Sauvignon is bold yet balanced with ripe aromatics of raspberry, red currant and pomegranate. The palate introduces mineral, earth, chocolate and cracked pepper characteristics.

Produced in extremely small quantities, this is a superbly balanced red of great depth and complexity. Corison Cabernet has excellent potential for aging; with dry, assertive tannins and robust fruit, this bottling will continue to evolve for at least a decade.

This Cabernet gradually opens in the glass to exhibit the typical aromas of blackberry, cherry, black currants, and tea leaf accompanied by subtle scents of tobacco leaf and dried herbs. Medium-full in body, it is supple and elegant with layers of flavors, including blackberries, black tea, mocha and light toasty oak.

On the nose, tobacco and cedar scents come forward accompanied by cinnamon and ripe cherry aromas. In the mouth this Cab is elegant, with a balanced and firm structure; warm vanilla and toast notes accompany the lush fruit character for a rounded and complex wine.

Francis Ford Coppola's Director's Cut is an excellent example of Sonoma Cabernet; it's big yet structured, and ripe without being jammy. This is an excellent steak wine, though the tannins are gentle enough that it can be enjoyed on its own.

This Cabernet Sauvignon is highlighted by small amounts of Cabernet Franc and Malbec, all grown in Golan Heights and Upper Galilee. Aging in oak barrels, mostly French and a bit of American, adds to the complexity and cellaring potential of this deep red wine. Kosher.
