Dark cherry with purple hues in color, Alta Alella "Privat" Garnatxa offers a vibrant nose of black currant, red fruit and floral, specially violet aromas. The palate is medium bodied and fresh with balanced notes of red fruit and fresh herbs. Gentle tannins and fruity aftertaste lingers through the long finish.

Alvaro Palacios, part of the pioneering new generation of Spanish winemakers, was born into a winemaking family. He studied oenology in Bordeaux at Chateau Petrus, and then acquired his first vineyard in 1990. Since, his wines have become critically praised and widely enjoyed. Carmins del Priorat is a blend of Carignan, Grenache, Cabernet, and Syrah; an exuberantly youthful wine, this is a red to enjoy with friends.

Les Terrasses is composed of 40% Carinena, 40% Garnacha, and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. This red displays aromas of ripe black fruit, with firm tannins balancing pronounced plum, black cherry and chocolate on the palate.

Cavas Llopart "Leopardi" Cava Brut Rose is an intriguing blend of Mouvedre, Grenache and Pinot Noir, which was aged for eighteen months in the bottle prior to being released. A bright, fruit-forward bouquet leads to a dry, pleasantly crisp palate offering vibrant notes of fresh strawberry, cherry and blueberry. A subtle minerality emerges on the finish.

Casteller Cava is a clean and refreshing sparkling wine, with hints of lime and other citrus. Its finish is light and delicate.

Clos del Pinell Blanco, composed of 100% White Garnacha, displays intense aromas of citrus fruit and fresh herbs, backed by a light floral note. Rich and full on the palate, well-rounded fruit, persistent acidity, and a hint of oak lead to a lingering finish.

A blend of 63% Garnacha and 37% Carinena, Cims del Montsant is made from grapes grown at the foot of the Montsant in the Siurana valley and aged for five months in French oak barrels. This medium-bodied wine starts of with a floral bouquet of bright red fruit, strawberry pastille and red currant preserves on the nose. The well structured palate offers good depth of fruit with mulberry, dark plum flavors with underlying notes of fresh ginger and baking spice towards a bold, focused finish.

This blend of 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon was aged in French and American barriques for 3 months and then refined in the bottle. Prominent aromas of raspberry and blueberry lead to a full, fruit forward palate with well-integrated notes of fresh herbs and smoke.

Laurona shows intense and complex aromas of black currants, plums, minerals and violets. The palate is rich with flavors of strawberry, raspberry, rose petal, and mineral underscored by a slight herbaceous note and ripe tannins.

Les Cousins "L'Inconscient" Priorat Mas Martinet "Menut" Priorat Mas Sorrer Montsant (Catalonia, Spain)

This is a bold, powerful red blend that offers assertive acidity and bold tannins. A complex nose of wild berry, lavender, blackberry and incense merges with bold notes of dark fruit, cinnamon, tobacco and leather on the palate. The lengthy finish is accentuate by hints of toasted oak, sweet spice.

A blend of 40% Garnacha, 20% Carignan, 20% Syrah and 20% Merlot, Mas Martinet "Menut" Priorat is an amazingly complex wine offering an elegant, sophisticated nose. The medium bodied palate offers balanced acidity and firm tanning with good depth of fruity notes of mulberry, dark plum and cinnamon with underlying notes of fresh ginger and blueberries towards a bold, focused finish.
Mas Sorrer Montsant is composed of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah. Deep ruby red in color, it displays aromas of ripe black fruit, roasted plum, baked berry with firm but pleasant structure in the mouth. The pronounced plum, black cherry and chocolate on the palate is accompanied by tangy acidity. The long finish leaves behind lingering notes of smoky, dark fruit.
