Bonal Gentiane-Quina Byrrh Grand Quinquina Dolin Vermouth de Chambery Blanc

Bonal Gentiane-Quina is made by infusing gentian root, herbs from the Grande Chartreuse mountains, and cinchona (quinine), in a Mistelle base, producing a wine that is known for its complexity. It is traditionally enjoyed neat, on ice with a twist, or in many classic mixed drinks.

Produced in accordance with the original 1873 recipe, Byrrh is created by macerating South America Quinquina, coffee, bitter orange, colombo and cocoa in Muscat Mistelles, which is then matured in oak casks. The fruit-forward wine lends natural sweetness, so no additional sugar is needed, and also provides Byrrh Grand Quinquina with its refreshing balance of fruit and spice. Byrrh is traditionally served as an aperitif, chilled with a slice of lemon.

Dolin Vermouth de Chambery Dry Dolin Vermouth de Chambery Rouge Lillet Reserve French Aperitif Wine

Made to the same set of recipes since 1821, Dolin Vermouth de Chambery has long been the benchmark for fine Vermouth. In the late 19th century, Dolin Vermouth de Chambery won medals in Paris London, St. Louis and Philadelphia and in 1932 earned Chambery France's only Appellation d' Origine for Vermouth. Dolin Dry makes an excellent cocktail, but is also a fantastic aperitif.

Dolin Rouge retains great balance, with the sugar never cloying, and just enough bitterness to whet the appetite. Excellent as aperitif on ice, with a twist of citrus, or in a broad array of traditional cocktails.

Orange-gold in color, the base wine of Lillet Reserve is single-vineyard and single-vintage Sauternes. The wine is then married with artisanal liqueurs crafted from sweet orange peels from Spain and bitter orange peels from Haiti, and a proprietary blend of fruit liqueurs sourced near and produced in Masion Lillet's distillery in Podensac. A small amount of Peruvian quinine is then added to the final blend and it's aged for 12 months in small French oak barrels. The result is a floral, fruit-forward aperitif with notes of peach, passion fruit, melon and honey, complemented by the traditional sweet and bitter citrus notes. Pairs well will fruit dishes, foie gras and chocolate deserts.

Lillet Rose French Aperitif Wine Lise Baccara La Troussepinete Rouge Noilly Prat Original French Extra Dry Vermouth

Maison Lillet's first new product in fifty years, Lillet Rose is created from a blend of the red and white Grand Cru Bordeaux wine varietals used to produce Lillet Blanc and Lillet Rouge. The wine is then married with artisanal liqueurs crafted from sweet orange peels from Spain and bitter orange peels from Haiti, and a proprietary blend of fruit liqueurs sourced near and produced in Masion Lillet's distillery in Podensac. A small amount of Peruvian quinine is then added to the final blend. Its rose color and taste profile are achieved by adding red fruit liqueurs and a very small amount of Lillet Rouge, using a traditional Champagne blending method to ensure a consistent color throughout. The result is a bright, fruit-forward aperitif with notes of ripe berry, wildflower, melon and stone fruit, complemented by the traditional sweet and bitter citrus notes.

Lise Baccara "La Troussepinete" Rouge is a traditional French dessert wine originating in the Vendee, a coastal region located north of Cognac. Young blackthorn shoots are harvested in the spring, sliced into small sections and macerated for one to two months in low alcohol cognac. Red wine and sugar are then blended with the infused spirit, resulting in a sweet, fruit-forward wine with bold notes of cherry, plum, red grape and tart raspberry.

Noilly Prat Original French Sweet Vermouth Ransom Dry Vermouth Ransom Sweet Vermouth

Premium white wine is aged in oak casks for 12 months, and then macerated with aromatic herbs including cinnamon, quinine and cloves. The result is distinctively rich, spicy, and bitter-sweet. Enjoy as an aperitif or mixed in your favorite cocktail.

The base wine for Ransom Dry Vermouth is a blend of organically farmed aromatic white varietals and pinot blanc. They use their in-house alambic pot distilled brandy made from Pacific Northwest grapes and aged in mixed French oak barrels to fortify the vermouth. Infused with wormwood, rosehip, chamomile, verbena, cinnamon bark, arch angel root and several other herbs and spices, the result is distinctively rich, spicy, and dry. Enjoy as an aperitif or mixed in your favorite cocktail.

Fermented in-house with finest botanicals either grown on their own firm or sourced from the finest producers or gathered from the wild, Ransom Sweet Vermouth retains great balance, with the sugar never cloying, and just enough bitterness to whet the appetite. All ingredients are used in their natural form and no extract or artificial flavoring have been used. These wholly natural ingredients contribute color to this vermouth.
