Chais St Laurent Vigne en Veron Chinon Chateau de la Presle Touraine Sauvignon Blanc Domaine des Forges Les 3C Anjou Villages Rouge

Chais St. Laurent "Vigne en Veron" Chinon is a fresh, lively Cabernet Franc with an elegant nose of red berries, violets and wild herbs. The bright, fruit-forward palate offers lovely floral notes backed by raspberry, cassis and a touch of pepper. Hints of tobacco appear on the lingering finish.

Though it hails from Touraine, Chateau de la Presle is very New World in style. Reminiscent of an excellent New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, it has a zippy acidic structure and bright flavors of grapefruit, tropical fruit, green pepper, and fresh grass.

Composed of Cabernet Franc, Domaine des Forges "Les 3C" has been hand harvested from 40 year old vines, fermented in small batches and aged in oak for one year. Generous notes of ripe fruit, violets and earth on the nose and palate are complemented by balanced acidity, round tannins and a hint of sweet spice on the finish.

Strong acidity and distinct flavors of beeswax, quinine and bitter almond are characteristic of this appellation, and "Clos du Papillon" balances this with complimentary flavors of peach, apricot, and pronounced minerality. This wine is an excellent companion to both French and Asian cuisines, and makes a great aperitif.

Domaine Fouassier "Clos Paradis" is a beautifully aromatic Sancerre showing lovely notes of citrus, melon, fresh herbs, fig and mineral. On the palate, it is vibrant, supple and unctuous with satisfying flavors of lemon, grapefruit, lime, tangerine and honey. Enjoy as an aperitif or with fish and chicken.

This intense, complex white offers vibrant aromas of orange, elderflower and honey that lead to lemon and grapefruit notes on the palate. The crisp, clean finish displays soft, lingering notes of mineral and fresh herbs.

Domaine Les Hautes Noelles HeHo Rouge Domaine Robert Serol Les Originelles Cote Roannaise Foreau Domaine de Clos Naudin Vouvray Sec

Created by skilled winemaker Serge Batard, Domaine Les Hautes Noelles "HeHo" Rouge is a charming red composed of 45% Cabernet Franc, 45% Grolleau Noir and 10% Gamay. Bright red fruit notes on the nose and palate are accented by hints of rose petal, tobacco and earth that merge with chalky minerality and a hint of spice on the finish.

Les Originelles is a Gamay red crafted at a family-owned Cote Roannaise winery. Boasting the brightness of a Beaujolais--this light-bodied red displays vibrant red fruit and a touch of earth--this is a versatile red best served with a slight chill.

Foreau "Domaine de Clos Naudin" Vouvray Sec opens with delicate floral aromas which lead to a lively, mineral-laden palate brimming with ripe fruit. Elegant flavors of peach, grapefruit, honeysuckle and citrus are complemented by a touch of smoke on the finish. While most chenin blancs are best enjoyed now, Foreau's Vouvray Sec will be even more expressive after three to five years.
