Cave Les Vignobles Montagnac Picpoul de Pinet Chateau L'Argentier Cinsault Domaine de Petit Roubie Marsanne

Picpoul translates to "lip stinger," in reference to its high acidity. This white is beautifully balanced, flavorful, and incredibly refreshing, making a perfect companion for shellfish.

Although Cinsault is usually blended, Chateau L'Argentier Cinsault is stunning example of a single varietal release. A lively nose of blackcurrant, Morello cherry, dried herbs and spice leads to a medium-bodied, fruit-forward palate marked by velvety tannins and moderate acidity. A hint of vanilla lingers through the finish.

This straw colored wine is composed of 100% Marsanne, a grape that originates from the Northern Rhone. Rich, complex notes of honey, menthol, candied fruit, and elderflower first present themselves on the nose and follow through onto the palate. It pairs well with fish and light pasta dishes.

Domaine Lalande "Les Haut de Lalande" Pays de la Cite de Carcassone Domaine Saint Antonin Cuvee Tradition Faugeres Laurent Miquel Nord Sud Viognier

A lively nose of candied fruit, blackcurrant, elderflower and spice leads to a medium-bodied, fruit-forward palate marked by velvety tannins and moderate acidity. A touch of cocoa and minerality lingers through the finish.

A vibrant blend of Syrah, Grenache, Carignan and Mourvedre, Domaine Saint Antonin "Cuvee Tradition" displays inviting aromas of ripe red berry accented by freshly-picked violet and lavender. Notes of elderberry and raspberry mingle with intriguing hints of blueberry, cocoa, dried herbs and game. A touch of minerality lingers through the persistent finish.

Laurent Miquel is a Languedoc producer that uniquely specializes in Viognier. These intensely aromatic, brightly acidic whites are partially fermented in French oak barrels, lending a layer of warmth. Laurent Miquel Nord Sud Viognier, named for the North-South orientation of the vines, is a spectacularly well-made white with heady aromas of honeysuckle, orange blossom, peach, apricot, and pear. The palate is concentrated and refreshing, making a perfect pair for grilled seafood.
