C'est la Vie Pinot Noir - Syrah is a lively, fruit-forward blend hailing from the estate of noted winemaker Albert Bichot. Notes of cherry, raspberry and violet on the nose carry through to the medium-bodied palate, where they merge with hints of earth, spice and fresh herbs.
|
Hailing from the estate of noted winemaker Albert Bichot, C'est la Vie Syrah Rose is a light, easy-drinking wine that pairs incredibly well with a wide range of entrees. Generous notes of strawberry, cherry and raspberry on the nose and palate are balanced by a satisfying hint of tart blueberry which carries through to the finish.

Picpoul translates to "lip stinger," in reference to its high acidity. This white is beautifully balanced, flavorful, and incredibly refreshing, making a perfect companion for shellfish.

This medium bodied blend of 75% Syrah and 25% Carignan is structured and balanced with intense, concentrated notes of dark fruit and spice backed by rich earth and minerals. As the wine ages, the fruit flavors give way to light herbal notes.
|
This straw colored wine is composed of 100% Marsanne, a grape that originates from the Northern Rhone. Rich, complex notes of honey, menthol, candied fruit, and elderflower first present themselves on the nose and follow through onto the palate. It pairs well with fish and light pasta dishes.

Laurent Miquel is a Languedoc producer that uniquely specializes in Viognier. These intensely aromatic, brightly acidic whites are partially fermented in French oak barrels, lending a layer of warmth. Laurent Miquel Nord Sud Viognier, named for the North-South orientation of the vines, is a spectacularly well-made white with heady aromas of honeysuckle, orange blossom, peach, apricot, and pear. The palate is concentrated and refreshing, making a perfect pair for grilled seafood.
