Vinified from the extremely low-yield fruit of 80-120 year old vines, this is a Shiraz of spectacular complexity and depth. Aromas of toast, cracked pepper, mocha and blueberries introduce a luscious and complex palate of blackberry, blackcurrant, blueberry, vanilla, chocolate and baking spices. As there are extremely small quantities of this wine available, there is a limit of one bottle per customer.

Glenmorangie Signet is a highly unusual Scotch. It is made with an array of unusual barleys generally applied in beermaking--including chocolate malt--and aged in a variety of casks. The culmination of years of experimentation, this is unlike any whiskey you've had before. Extraordinarily rich and complex, and boasting an unusually textured mouthfeel, it displays concentrated yet nuanced flavors of chocolate, espresso, leather, and roasted walnuts.

This Brandy de Jerez is aged for an average of 12 years in an American oak solera system, and then aged for a final three in Pedro Ximenez sherry barrels. While retaining its own powerful personality, this brandy beautifully integrates the sherry's character. The nose and palate display unctuous, concentrated raisin, date, caramel, and roasted nut, finishing off-dry and satisfying.

A luscious burnished gold color, this dram has an inviting bouquet of honey, wildflower, peat, and smoke. The palate is layered and complex with notes of toasted walnut, honey, baking spices, chocolate, caramel, and smoke.

Ripe white fruit notes mingled with cedar, caramel, and allspice, make this a truly special spirit.
