Vinified from the extremely low-yield fruit of 80-120 year old vines, this is a Shiraz of spectacular complexity and depth. Aromas of toast, cracked pepper, mocha and blueberries introduce a luscious and complex palate of blackberry, blackcurrant, blueberry, vanilla, chocolate and baking spices. As there are extremely small quantities of this wine available, there is a limit of one bottle per customer.

on an array of barrel samples, Blanton's Single Barrel is the result of
the DrinkUpNY buyer's tasting and careful selection. Picked from
amongst the stock of Blanton's carefully tended storehouse, this is a
uniquely complex, impeccably balanced bourbon that retains the
distinctive character of the brand. Blanton's Bourbon is a classic
single barrel whiskey of delightful richness and character. When
poured, aromas of sweet corn, toffee, vanilla, leather and smoke unfold
and evolve in the glass. The palate is bold and assertive with flavors
of caramel, pistachio, honey, vanilla, orange peel and allspice. Enjoy
straight, on the rocks, or with a few drops of water. Each bottle is
labeled with the barrel number.

Nicolas Catena Zapata is made from a selection of the best grapes grown in the Catena Zapata vineyards. The wine is only produced in outstanding vintage years. This Cabernet Sauvignon is highlighted by small amounts of Cabernet Franc and Malbec, all grown in Golan Heights and Upper Galilee. Aging in oak barrels, mostly French and a bit of American, adds to the complexity and cellaring potential of this deep red wine. Kosher.

This Brandy de Jerez is aged for an average of 12 years in an American oak solera system, and then aged for a final three in Pedro Ximenez sherry barrels. While retaining its own powerful personality, this brandy beautifully integrates the sherry's character. The nose and palate display unctuous, concentrated raisin, date, caramel, and roasted nut, finishing off-dry and satisfying.
