The production of Chartreuse is still overseen by the Carthusian Monks of La Grande Chartreuse near Grenoble, France. Made from 130 alpine botanicals in accordance with a 1605 formula, this distinctive spirit has been widely imitated but never equaled. Chartreuse Yellow is the milder and sweeter of the liqueurs, displaying enticing cardamom, anise, thyme, coriander, wildflower, licorice, and nutmeg notes. With such complexity, there is more to be discovered with each sip.

Produced in Saumur, France since 1834, Combier was the world's first triple sec; in fact, current bottlings are still produced using the Combier family's original copper alembics. However, even though this spirit has a long history, it has only recently become available in the United States. Unlike many orange liqueurs on the market, Combier is made to exacting standards of quality. The natural orange aromas and flavors are exceptionally potent in this marvelous liqueur, lending incomparable clarity of flavor. This is an absolute must-have for any classic drink enthusiast.

Death's Door Gin is named for the treacherous water passage north of Washington Island. Today, this island produces red winter wheat and juniper berries used in the distillation of this fine spirit. Made in small batches, this bright gin displays layers of juniper, coriander, and fennel derived from local botanicals.

El Dorado 3 Year Old Rum is aged for a minimum of three years in oak casks, and then double filtered through natural charcoal.
