This is a delicious spirit that is flavorful, creamy, peanutty and sweet without being...well, too sweet. And in spite of being cream-based, it's surprisingly light, fresh, and utterly natural tasting. Almost reminiscent of a peanut butter milkshake, but with a lot more going on, Castries is made using fine St. Lucian rum, fresh cream, a blend of spices, and vanilla from Madagascar.

Unlike many other whiskies of uncommon origin, this is not intended to imitate the style of established producers in Scotland or Ireland. Hans Reisetbauer ages his whisky in used oak casks from Austrian vintners, shaping the distillate into a rich, vibrant and bold libation with pronounced chocolate, caramel, baking spices, and berry fruit characteristics. This is a must-try for any adventurous whisk(e)y enthusiast.

La Diablada Pisco is a delightfully aromatic spirit blended from Quebranta, Moscatel, and Italia grapes. The palate tastes almost sweet with flavors of ripe honeydew, cherry, peach, and spice. This super-premium Pisco is easily one of the best Peru has to offer.
