Like the Duplais Verte, the Blanche is created using only the finest ingredients. A composition of quality herbs distilled with a traditional French alcohol base results in an accurate, authentic absinthe.Warm, complex aromas of wormwood, coriander, and angelica root emerge from the glass when the crystal clear Blanche is poured. When water is added, delicate, opalescent trails swirl around the glass as the entire drink turns pearly white. Slightly sweet, with a creamy mouthfeel, this absinthe exhibits rich, balanced flavors of anise, fennel and wormwood with a touch of dryness on the finish.
